Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this refrigerator and happy I did. Only gave 4 stars because it should have more shelves/ drawers in refrigerator and freezer to take advantage of the size. I would like to purchase them if available.

Lemon, stops working after 1 year warranty

decent fridge when it's working but there's a well-known problem with the fridge not cooling properly (i found out after less than 2 years from purchase). broke once while under warranty, broke again with same problem 15 months later. samsung won't fix for free or replace.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!!

This is the worst fridge I've ever own. The ice make broke 1 month after the warranty expired and Samsung refuses to cover it, even though the ice maker is a known issue and Samsung has faced several lawsuits over thier ice makers. They want to charge me hundreds of dollars to replace it. Before the ice maker broke, I had to make the freezer as cold as it would go just to get more than a cup of ice to be made in a day. I will never buy another Samsung product after my experience with this fridge, appliance or electronic. Samsung lost a customer for life by refusing to fix their faulty ice makers.

Great Extra Large Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge to replace one that keep going out. This fridge has plenty of room and has ice and water. I love my new fridge but I wish the ice maker would produce more ice at a quicker rate. Also smudge proof isn't exactly smudge proof but I wouldn't change a thing. Great product. Great price. Quick delivery.

Less than 2 years old and compressor went out

This is the second Samsung I have owned that the compressor went out after only a couple of years. The current one is less than two years old and the replacement parts aren't available anymore so I have to replace it. Very disappointing because it was actually a nice refrigerator.

I got this today and will be returning it right back you can not speak to someone that doesn't understand and the service team with Samsung is poor. I had a LG Refrigerator for 10 years and never had any problems with. I will be going back to them. I wouldn't recomme Samsung to anyone.

Largest, beautiful and modern Refrigerator.

A water filter is included and has a digital display with a showing of the temperature of the freezer and refrigerator. I recommend It 100%.

Buy It At the Store if you must

this review is about the purchase experience only. i ordered this online and the initial delivery date was supposed to be 2 weeks. a day before my scheduled delivery, they email me and tell me my date has been pushed back another 3 weeks. i've already requested off and can't recover the day. contacted customer service and they won't guarantee that my date will change again. never a manager available when i ask. every time i contact chat services it's a different reason why i can't get a manager (one rep maryelis told me all the supervisors are in a meeting with the managers and she can't get one for me) supposedly they'll call me back in 24-48 hours. avoid ordering online at all cost. this will be my last time.

Fantastic fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my goodness! What a marvelous new appliance. This thing is huge and so spacious inside. I can buy a month's worth of food to put in here. We are so happy to have a beautiful new appliance that combines beauty with outstanding performance. Included with all the storage space, is all the many shelves and compartments Samsung included to allow separation of items. Now our food can be sorted and stored more efficiently and properly. The stainless steel and finger print resistance is such a great option. And don't let me forget the water and ice dispenser. These two features we did not have before and its so convenient to have ice and water so convenient. Thank you Samsung. We highly recommend.

No crisper and water dispenser light???

bought this thinking it had at least one crisper but it doesn't. two bins at bottom of fridge with wide open gaps and no adjustments. vegetables shriveled up in one day! and really, no light for water dispenser? would it really have cost you that much to put a bulb in? so disappointed with this purchase. even cheaper fridges would have had these two features. please do better.
