I maker is a piece of crap
I have had my Samsung refrigerator 14 months. I hate , it I have had on going problems where my ice machine. Ice machine has broke down 2 times and barely put out I now. The fan went out and had to get repaired also. I just gave my GE away I have had for 14 years and not one problem my ice machine has worked for 14. Now I have Samsung and no ice. Save your self the headache!

Great size
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my dream fridge! French doors. Water/Ice maker! Big. It's very big. Some positives, on the fridge side, are the large door shelves. They can hold 2 gallons each, which helps save room on the shelves for food. It has two large drawers that keep the veggies and fruits nice and crispy. It also stays at a nice cold 37 to keep all the food fresh. I like the door warning tht goes off after it's been open for 2 mins. Helps me keep the kids out. On the freezer side, it has lots of room as well. The drawer helps to keep the loose things together and out of the way. I haven't had any issues with the ice maker/water thing. It keeps us in fresh ice which is nice. Overall, this is a fantastic fridge and great for a family.

if you have a family and everyine loves ice stay away!!! we are a large family and once 2 or 3 of us get ice everyone else is out of luck. it does not produce a lot of ice and the bucket for the ice is very small. we are always buying bags of ice and leaving them in the freezer. we have had it for mess then 2 years and already had to have samsung come out and fix the ice maker.

For the ice maker to operate properly, water pressure of 30 to 120 psi (206 to 827 kPa) is required. If the refrigerator is installed in an area with low water pressure (below 30 psi / 206 kPa), you can install a booster pump to compensate for the low pressure. Shame on Samsung
I bought this refrigerator thinking it was beautiful! Wishing the first month I dropped a thing of meat and it broke the inside of the freezer then all of the shelves in the refrigerator door broke! These are designed to hold milk. I had condiments in the door. I am so upset with my purchase. I have replaced many of the shelves to the point where I am not buying anymore! I will just get a new refrigerator not a Samsung. I also sale furniture and appliances at a store I will not be recommending Samsung to any of them. I will share my experiences with them.

So ROOMY!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had my new fridge delivered 4 days ago & we are already in love. It is sleek & fingerprint resistant. It is HUGE & holds so much more than my previous fridge. It makes ice quickly and the bin was full in a few hours. The shelves a deep & wipe clean easily. I would have liked some door handles but we are getting used to the hidden ones. I love that I can keep my gallon of milk in the door shelves. It also runs very quietly. We were unsure if was even on at first because its so quiet. Overall, highly recommend.

I got this today and will be returning it right back you can not speak to someone that doesn't understand and the service team with Samsung is poor. I had a LG Refrigerator for 10 years and never had any problems with. I will be going back to them. I wouldn't recomme Samsung to anyone.

Worst ice maker ever
this refrigerator makes on tiny ice tray at a time, like an old fashioned ice tray. then that one tray, dumps upside down and that's all you get. if one tray is enough for your family, that might be okay for you, but its a joke in my house. very strange and disappointing!

Ice Maker Sucks You Might As Well Burn Your Money
Ice maker never works. It continues to freeze itself and will not dispense properly. Customer service is of no help, will fight tooth and nail to actually send out a technician to troubleshoot and repair their faulty designs. I am not joking when I say you might as well just light your money on fire when it comes to this product.

Great new features and highly improved icemaker.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a 13 year old 27 cu ft Samsung refrigerator with this 27.4 cu ft, The updated features of this new unit with ice maker in the door instead of freezer is a huge improvement. The old one had the ice maker inside the freezer and it never properly worked. Ice cubes would not continue to make whole cubes. I replaced the ice maker four times.
Ice maker is awful
We've had this refrigerator for roughly 3 years. The ice maker has been terrible from day one. The ice doesn't come out of the tray which causes leakage inside the freezer which ices up and them jams up the ice maker. We've had to thaw everything out several times and have finally just turned the ice maker off to avoid the ice all over the inside of our freezer. In addition, the ice maker has always been extremely slow. Takes forever to get a cup of ice. Also, there is no light on the outside, so when filling a cup at night, youre doing it blind. Extremely poor design. Would not buy again.
