[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this refrigerator. It replaced a a French door Samsung that did great for 16 years. It was cold within 3 to four hours. I used 2 freezer packs in the refrigerator side to help it cool down faster, znd 2 freezer pace in the freezer side. In 4 hours thr refrigerator side was down to 34 degrees, and freezer was down to -3 degrees FARENHEIT. It looks great in the black and matches our stove.

I do miss having an upper drawer for lunch meat and cheeses, as well as a third small bin on the freezer door (and a second drawer in the freezer). But, all in all, I will adapt and love how quietly and smoothly the water comes out of the door. I also love that there are no handles coming out.

Just got this so far it's taken 1 hour for the temperature to go from 80 degrees to 58 degrees. The app for smart appliances is horrible. It isn't acknowledging my new refrigerator. It's quiet, very roomy but that's being empty I shall see when I put my food inside. I like having no door handles they seem to become loose from pulling and getting hit. Very clean appearance.

By eliminating bulky, protruding handles, this fridge sits incredibly flush and instantly saved us nearly 2 inches of physical walking space in a high-traffic bottleneck entrance near our pantry. What we love so far: Whisper Quiet: Compared to the groaning of our old unit, the inverter compressor on this Samsung is incredibly quiet. It is excellent quality and the drawers and shelves are very sturdy. The ice maker works well as does the water dispenser. It seems to cool very evenly on both sides. I love a side by side over the drawer models so I'm very happy Samsung continues to make this excellent product.
