[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our new fridge delivered three days ago and it has been great! It has a lot more space than our old fridge, it started making ice right away, and looks great in the space. The fingerprint resistant finish is a win as we have a 6yo and a 3yo. I love how the handles are tucked inside the doors so you don't have anything sticking out into the kitchen. Overall, we are very happy with the product especially my wife, which is the most important part.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had gotten Samson refrigerators previous three times. Our last Samsung had the freezer in a drawer down beneath. The Ice maker kept on freezing up and not producing ice. After looking at reviews it seemed to be a problem no mater the manufacturer. So going ahead we decided to go to side-by-side. Keeping with Samsung, our refrigerator has hidden handles and large containers on doors. We love the hidden handles. The ice maker works great producing 1x1x1 cubes.

It cools down quickly without issue. I like having the sensors to make the doors open so you’re not trying to tug to open the seals. The only thing is the price. You get what you pay for and you are paying a lot more for this brand. If you are looking for something cheap this is not it. Try sales around the holidays as that can help you get. Better price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 4 door flex with this refrigerator and I absolutely love it. There is plenty of space in both fridge and freezer sections. The positioning of the ice maker allows for easy access to remove the bucket for emptying and cleaning. Very happy with this purchase.

Overall the refrigerator has all the features needed except one. It is impossible to get water or ice from the door without using two hands. The bar needed to push for water or ice is at the top of the opening. The glass or cup must be held in place to receive the ice. The spout for the water is so small you have to work to get the water in a bottle. Again a two hand operation. Not impressed with the extra bin for the ice.

The door holds so much more stuff than my older Samsung and that makes the accessibility of finding small things easier. I also like the fact that it has no handles. So far, the cooling and freezing are working well.

We love it. However I feel i need to buy storage pull out with a top for sandwich meat, and cheese ect.i feel they storage bons are great for vegetables ect However too big for sandwich meat.The shelves are nice for big tall items in the refrigerator side , can't adjust the shelves. Its our first side by side and so far I love it. No bending to look through the freezer helpful with anyone that has back issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator looks good in my space. Initially, cooling was approximately 6-7 hours. Door capacity is good for gallon-sized beverage containers. The exterior doors are easy to clean thanks to their ergonomic handleless design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful finish upgrades the kitchen looks. It doesn't stain ! The icemaker is highly efficient for a household of 4. It has a good storage capacity and we can see all itens inside easily, without bend our knees. We also found the thermostat and temperature adjustment efficient.
