This is high quality. It has many more features than other adjustable bases at half the cost. The pillow tilt feature is ideal for reading, watching tv. The variety of positions is great for me back issues. Massage and nightlight are nice to have as well. The light is very soft so it doesnt disturb you, and its under the bed.

This is one we have not used yet. It is in guest room. We also bought a split king for my husband and i. Wish we had not waited so long we love it. It is not a wall hugger one. Ower nightstands have a pull out tray. We are glad we did not buy a more expensive one. We are happy.

I read a lot of questions in reviews regarding changing the leg height. I saw no response. People commented that they couldn’t get the leg sections apart. We were successful by putting them in in the freezer for at least 20 minutes. It was a miracle.

This base works great. I love the features it has. The massage is more like a shake, not really a "massage." But if you are going to have a cool bed, you might as well have that feature. lol The shipping was faster than expected. The set up was very easy to me about 5 minutes and I was well on my way to playing with the remote and finding the most comfortable position. One warning though! Make sure you keep the remote secure when you go to sleep. Apparently my cat laid on the remote and I woke up with my legs up as high as the bed would go, it was an interesting position. lol

So easy to set up. I did it by myself...it is heavy, so a 2nd set of hands would be helpful, but not necessary. Open the box, open the frame...attach the legs, plug in the power cords/boxes, slide in the mattress support bar...done. The massage is very nice, as is the zero gravity button. I am so happy I got this from Sam's and saved myself hundreds of dollars.

Remote and bed wouldn’t pair. Owner’s manual did not match online version or the instructions given on the phone. It spoke of pushing the learn button on the motor, with a light indicating pairing. Then pressing the the learn button on the remote within two seconds. There were no buttons on the motor. (The picture on the included instructions and the picture on the online instructions were different.) There were two openings, no buttons or light indicator. The customer service rep I spoke with in the phone, said you needed a paper clip or pin to double click the learn button on the motor (similar to what to have to do to remove a SIM card from a cell phone). A new motor and remote were sent within 3 days and a technician came to my home and installed the new motor along with pairing the remote. The technician had to redo the wiring layout. When installed the same as the old motor, the foot wouldn’t raise, and the Zero G didn’t work. After multiple tries while using the remote, everything worked fine. He mentioned the new motor installed the opposite of the original.

This is a good, solid, adjustable bed frame with a ton of features. It has a wireless remote, iphone app, USB charging ports for your phone, and is very heavy duty. It comes virtually fully assembled. The box is about the size of a queen bed, and very heavy (150lbs). You will need two strong people to move it. Sams club ships via Fedex, and they will drop it at your doorstep. Excellent value for the money. Half the cost of what you would pay at a furniture store. 10 year warranty.

Very heavy! Be sure to have 2-3 strong men to set up. Instructions were not very helpful about where to plug power cord into bed. Backup battery power is useless because instructions advise against having batteries installed unless power is out, but outlet is inaccessible once bed is set up. Bed works well and very comfortable.

After only getting one of two pieces, FedEx has a Master tracking number and then another tracking number on the 2nd part. FedEx delivered the box with the master tracking number took a picture and my delivery was final. FedEx automated customer service prevented me from getting to a human for two days. I finally got to a human and was told my package 📦 was delivered, now I had to explain how to see the other tracking number to FedEx customer service representative she was nice and click on the links I asked her to and then she started a process to rerouting my lost pakage back to me. I had actually talked to Sam's Club and was told I received my package they were satisfied. Four days latter FedEx was telling me my package is lost and they don't seem to care. Back to Sam's club that first guy hung up on me because I paid for something and only received half, and the camouflage of FedEx showed I received my package and anybody looking at the picture hwould believe I was a lying, corporate America gotta fix the dumb the concept of the master tracking number was new to me and I don't know the FedEx Sam's Club shipping and product delivery system but I have to explain it, to everybody I talk to about getting what I paid for delivered. Sam's Club has automated return if your missing parts so I clicked that and started a return ticket with a replacement shipment not really sure what that was gonna do. At this point it is like a new video game pushing buttons to see what happens. I called Sam's Club customer service to speak with a supervisor. He followed my instructions on how to see the second package 📦 he put me on hold and talked to FedEx by the end of the call he assured me FedEx would be rerouting my package back to me. Itold him about the replacement shipment and asked him to cancel it. FedEx found my package in Kernersville NC and tracking showed it was actually heading here for the third time. FedEx was showing another master tracking number and another camouflaged tracking number heading my way. Things are really moving now I got one of two pieces here the list package 📦 rerouted for the second time actually heading here with a replacement shipment heading here. Delivery day FedEx guy at the door, he has the lost package 📦 and the replacement shipment 📦 📦 and a shipping label to pick up the 📦 I have for the return. So I give him the one I have take two 📦 📦 from him and refuse the third 📦 . Finally I have both halves of my California King Adjustable Bed Base 🛌. I assemble it since the mattress arrived three days ago. I get it together ❤️ batteries in the remote jumper wire connected bed works fine. Unit on right as you lay in it is noisy when raising and lowering the foot of the bed. Having all the trouble getting this thing here I deal with the noise. I don't want to disassemble this bed my old one was crap and I'm not putting it together while I go thru the BS of another replacement as it would have to be packed reday for shipment when FedEx arrived with a 25% possibility of it being noisy after all four pieces were here and I kept two random selection and one of those is noisy.

I have plenty of good to say about this adjustable base. I love it! It is whisper quiet ... I can barely hear it when I raise or lower it, which pleasantly surprised me. High-quality product. I have hip pain that used to wake me at night, but since I programmed the base to a comfortable position, I have had no pain while sleeping. This adjustable base is so sturdy that my luxurious mattress is even more comfortable. Very heavy, but easy to set up. My 15-year-old queen bed frame fit perfectly around it. I took out the slats needed for a box spring and dismantled the frame to set the base in place. I thought I might have to use the headboard alone, but the foot board and side rails assembled perfectly to the headboard and around the base, with a little room to spare. No rubbing the bed frame when raising or lowering the base. The extra accessory for using emergency batteries to lower the base during a power outage was a nice surprise too. Two USB ports on each side of the bed made my new adjustable bed my favorite work-from-home space during the COVID-19 quarantine.
