Overall, I’m satisfied with this purchase. I purchased the Queen and the FedEx driver put it on driveway instead of front door. I can understand why he did that as I nearly pulled a groin trying to get it into the garage by myself. Eventually, two middle aged females were able to bring it in the house but it was awkward/heavy and might’ve involved some bad words. Might help to open it up before moving to remove legs and battery box. Assembly was easy (just screw in legs and connect a wire) but it took some time as the bedroom lacked necessary space to flip that monster of a bed frame into an existing sleigh bed. Once flipped onto its legs, it slides easily. Has the basic up/down positions for top and bottom as well as zero g. For some reason the zero g position adds pressure to my back but adjusting it and creating a favorite preset has remedied that. Some nights I only use the head tilt. That’s a nifty feature that I didn’t know that I’d need. I’d suggest using the remote app as it has an alarm clock that you can set—and the bed will move in an upright position. Cracks me up. The app is flawed though as the alarm sound rarely goes off. The movement usually wakes me up though. Good value for price—especially if purchased during a sale period. Recommend only if you have a helper to help you get it in the house and to flip over post leg assembly.

After only getting one of two pieces, FedEx has a Master tracking number and then another tracking number on the 2nd part. FedEx delivered the box with the master tracking number took a picture and my delivery was final. FedEx automated customer service prevented me from getting to a human for two days. I finally got to a human and was told my package 📦 was delivered, now I had to explain how to see the other tracking number to FedEx customer service representative she was nice and click on the links I asked her to and then she started a process to rerouting my lost pakage back to me. I had actually talked to Sam's Club and was told I received my package they were satisfied. Four days latter FedEx was telling me my package is lost and they don't seem to care. Back to Sam's club that first guy hung up on me because I paid for something and only received half, and the camouflage of FedEx showed I received my package and anybody looking at the picture hwould believe I was a lying, corporate America gotta fix the dumb the concept of the master tracking number was new to me and I don't know the FedEx Sam's Club shipping and product delivery system but I have to explain it, to everybody I talk to about getting what I paid for delivered. Sam's Club has automated return if your missing parts so I clicked that and started a return ticket with a replacement shipment not really sure what that was gonna do. At this point it is like a new video game pushing buttons to see what happens. I called Sam's Club customer service to speak with a supervisor. He followed my instructions on how to see the second package 📦 he put me on hold and talked to FedEx by the end of the call he assured me FedEx would be rerouting my package back to me. Itold him about the replacement shipment and asked him to cancel it. FedEx found my package in Kernersville NC and tracking showed it was actually heading here for the third time. FedEx was showing another master tracking number and another camouflaged tracking number heading my way. Things are really moving now I got one of two pieces here the list package 📦 rerouted for the second time actually heading here with a replacement shipment heading here. Delivery day FedEx guy at the door, he has the lost package 📦 and the replacement shipment 📦 📦 and a shipping label to pick up the 📦 I have for the return. So I give him the one I have take two 📦 📦 from him and refuse the third 📦 . Finally I have both halves of my California King Adjustable Bed Base 🛌. I assemble it since the mattress arrived three days ago. I get it together ❤️ batteries in the remote jumper wire connected bed works fine. Unit on right as you lay in it is noisy when raising and lowering the foot of the bed. Having all the trouble getting this thing here I deal with the noise. I don't want to disassemble this bed my old one was crap and I'm not putting it together while I go thru the BS of another replacement as it would have to be packed reday for shipment when FedEx arrived with a 25% possibility of it being noisy after all four pieces were here and I kept two random selection and one of those is noisy.

From the ordering process to the delivery everything went very smooth! It was delivered a lot sooner than expected. I received tracking info and shipping updates every step of the way. The price was great as well. I did a lot of research before actually landing on this bed. Looked at many beds that were a lot higher in price but did not offer the features that this one has! Pillow tiki, dual massage usb outlets just to mention a few. Absolutely LOVE the bed! Wasn’t one for massages but let me tell you! It is wonderful I’ve used it every night since I got the bed. To quote my daughter “sleeping flat is for lames”. This is one of the best investments I’ve made. So far so good. I would definitely recommend this bed and encourage folks to purchase it from Sam’s Club. As a matter of fact I bragged about it so much that a friend purchased the same one. Imagine that. Lol.

We purchased this bedframe in 2020. Last month one side quit working. Due to the age we didn't expect much except possibly to find someone to come out and repair it on our dime. Though it took some phone calls I reached the manufacturer directly. They actually answered the phone, in person! We went through some options for correcting the problem. Long story short, they sent me replacement electronics, a YouTube video and assurance that they were always available to help. The replacement went well, NO COST to us and we are now resting easy. This kind of customer service has become so rare I still find it hard to believe it's still out there. Thank you so much for your help!

We bought this a couple weeks ago after months of reviewing and research. This way by far the best price and seemed to have all the features of name-brand competition that was 3x the price. SO happy with this purchase, SUPER easy to put together too! My husband and I had this in place and bed re-assembled in 30 minutes or less. It arrives (and is pretty heavy!) assembled in the box- simply screw in the legs and mattress retainer and flip. Works like a dream and the Zero G is heavenly! I thought the massage feature would be meh, but it is so nice after a long day on my feet and like sitting in a massage chair!

This bed does do all the things the ad says it will, it just does it on a very simple scale. The pillow tilt doesn't tilt the pillow so much as it raises the head of the bed a little more. My mattress is a foam mattress so it's compatible with this bed but when the foot is elevated, the mattress points straight up in the air - it would be helpful if there was a way to secure the mattress to the base so it bends like it's supposed to. The massage feature? Well, it vibrates the mattress so yes, you get a "massage". For the cost of this bed, yes, it does what it's supposed to. I would not pay a penny more than I did.

Only had 2 weeks but good so far. Bought because has lot of features for low price. Like that i can program 2 positions and has batteries in case power goes out. Solidly built. No complaints so far and would recommend based on limited experience.

Purchased this adjustable bed 2 weeks ago and have to say it is amazing.Everything shipped well, assembled easy, and worked right away as described. Paired the frame with a Ghostbed bed in a box also offered thru Sam's and sleep is now better than expected. I have spent over 50 years on normal beds/frames with and without boxsprings so getting accustomed to a new matress and frame has been a journey. The first few nights were awkward but having the ability to adjust the bed has been great. Incline your upper body and elevate your legs for a relaxing position. Turn on the massage motors for a relaxing vibraion that is soothing and relaxing. I would definitely recommend. Plus spent a fraction of what other name brand companies want to charge for thier adjustable bed combos.

After reading many reviews I was convinced the only way this could be a bad purchase is if it was damaged prior to receiving it. I finally to the plunge. It is heavy duty. Two people to set up. However, once it set up and in place it worked like it the one's going for thousands of dollars. Quiet motors. Remote easy to use. App online works great once it is connected to the internet. Only issue was I had to take a guess at the name which was Base I5. One connected my Android works the same as the remote. Theoretically can set the bed in a position before I arrived home. Happy with this purchase. Sam's Club did it right this time.

This is high quality. It has many more features than other adjustable bases at half the cost. The pillow tilt feature is ideal for reading, watching tv. The variety of positions is great for me back issues. Massage and nightlight are nice to have as well. The light is very soft so it doesnt disturb you, and its under the bed.
