This base is amazing!!! We bought one for ourselves and our special needs son kept coming into our room and using it, so we purchased one for him. He uses the message feature daily and loves it.

I'm disabled, I've not sleep well for forty years. With this adjustable base i can change the pressure points on my body. Works well. It's only been a couple of weeks. I pray it last.

I love this product and recommend it to all my friends. I bought and used it for over a year , the sold my house and all furnishings. When I purchased my new home, bought it again!! Easy to install and operates smoothly.

Besides it taking almost a month to arrive, this adjustable bed is well worth the money. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. My parents want to purchase one as well.

This frame is the best investment I've ever made. Zero gravity. Separate foot and head massage. Head and feet also raise and lower separately. I haven't used the data ports yet as they are placed underneath. There are no downsides to this purchase.

I am waiting for my replacement split king size bed. The boxes arrived severly damaged in shipment process. Unfortunately, one of the beds had damage that went right through the box and through the base material causing a rip straight through. Sam's is great for offering to replace the bed. However, shipping arrangements are deplorable. Watching shipping and I live in Wisconsin, Bed is being sent from Indiana by FedEx. But, it's going to California first!! WHY?? It's one state away. No wonder there are so many complaints about damage. They send the bed cross crountry in just a cheap taped up cardboard box. There is no protection whatsoever to cushion the frame. Box states 2 man lifting but we all know there is only one FedEx person who has to load & unload 97# boxes. I watched the loading up of my return - it was flipped every which way to get it across pavement ad into truckbed.

Arrived in good shape. It is heavy and takes two people to get it setup. Functions well but our new mattress has not arrived yet so we haven't used the functions on it yet. Old mattress actually sleeps more comfortable than with the old box. Can't wait to see how it will work with our new Beautyrest hybrid.

Works great! My only wish is that I had known that the split king option has the ability to function in unison as a regular king. Had I known I would have gotten this sooner to use with my king mattress. Then once I was ready to use two twin xl mattresses, I would have been set for that option. As it was, I waited to be able to afford the bases, new mattresses and new sheets all at once. This has worked well since my wife and I use very different settings at night. I could do without the massage feature, but otherwise no complaints.

My only complaint is that the poor fedex guy had to get this to my porch by himself. I feel terrible about that because it’s HEAVY. You will need help to set it up but once it’s in, assembly is super easy. It’s now my favorite piece of furniture. I make excuses to go get in bed. I’m turning into Charlie and the chocolate factories grandparents. How did I live without this?? Buy this base. I never write reviews. I’m so happy I bought this.
