Originally purchased the set for the tall one to be the kitchen, main kitchen trashcan, and the smaller one I was gonna give my son to take a take to his new dorm. Room away in college turned out, did not fit in the under the sink in a spot for the trashcan so my son ended up, taking them both with him to his new college dorm room, and even his friends are raving and giving like amazing reviews about this set as they say it it saved them from being buried under the trash, L O L.

The design of this hands free trash can is much better than our previous model. The rectangular opening is much larger and easier to use. The overall look is better too. We really just needed the large kitchen trash can, but the bonus smaller can has come in handy too. I highly recommend this product!

Cans themselves are of good size and durability for what is to be expected....the 'lids' however seem to be pretty cheaply made and the openings for you to deposit your tash are a little smaller than I would like. They require quite a few batteries and I am not sure how long the battery life will be. Over all I am satisfied and with the comments above would still recommend them to a friend.

The can itself is ok but the company (nine star) is horrible. Had the can for two months and the cover that holds the batteries in fell off into the trash. (odd design to put the batteries facing down into a trash can). Contacted company as it seems to be some sort of defect and they wanted no part of helping me. In fact after looking further into it the part itself is back ordered due to the ongoing issue. I contacted them a second time with the same results. Just ended up purchasing a different trash can in the end... There two many companies that look out for their customers to argue over a $5.00 part!! Look at other reviews on line, same issues.

Very nice set...Works well, and looks great in any kitchen and bath. You can't beat the price...I have compaired this set to the High End Stores, and found no difference except for the great low price Walmart offers. Save your money and shop Walmart...your friends will think you paid top dollar. :)

I purchased this trash can ensemble to replace one that stopped working after 5 years. I love these automatic trash cans. They look so nice in the kitchen. They are conversation pieces when friends and family visit. I hope this one lasts as long as the last one.

I gave this a 3 star instead of a 1 because it is partially my fault that I don’t like this product. It does not have a bucket it is only the stainless steel and you drop a bag in there and it has a little guard going around the top to hopefully hold it in place. I thought about sending it back but I didn’t want to full with the return process. I am going to keep an eye on it but my fear is dropping wet stuff in the trash (uneaten plate of spaghetti) and it dripping out of the bottom of the bag and messing the can up. I have had this happen before with the plastic trashcans so I know what I am talking about, just don’t know if it will come across right

Completely Worthwhile Purchase. My Grandmother Is Blind. So She A Difficult Time Opening A Trash Can And Getting Items In The Trash Can At The Same Time. I Don't Like Uncovered Trash Cans So We Had To Find A Way To Satisfy Both Of Us. This Trash Can Was That Answer. She Just Has To Walk Up To The Trash And It Opens For Her, Making It Easy For Her To Throw Things Away And I Get My Covered Trash Can. Thanks For The Excellent Product!

We had been looking for a while at different automatic cans that were silver, sleek, no messy bag hanging outside the can and not a big eyesore. Still amazed at the quality and the great price. The C and D batteries are great price wise compared to others that used aa batteries with short use time. Glad I came across these!!

Bought this trash can a few years ago and everyone(including me) loves it!!! Everyone wants to know where I got it, and can't believe when I say walmart. it has held up really well and is super easy to empty. I also love that you can't see the trash bag at all. Can't say enough great things about this trash can, getting a smaller on for the bathroom
