I had one of the old models and when it worked, it worked great. I hope this one is made better and I won't need to take it apart and fix. This new one opens quickly and closes well, the bags of garbage are much easier to remove with this can they come right out.

Bought this set because of the great value and sleek looks. It works great! The lid opens when it’s supposed to and stays open for an ample amount of time before closing. Easy to change out garbage bags. Looks nice in my kitchen. I have the smaller can in my bedroom. It has a handle so you can pull out the liner and change the bag.

I love everything about this trash can! Since I bought it a couple of months ago I haven’t had to clean it once! Also, more trash can fit into each bag since the seal that holds bag in place is so good! You really get the most out of every bag! The only thing that I don’t like is how touchy the sensors are. Every time we walk past the kitchen can it opens and closes but I still haven’t had to replace the batteries at least. It can be annoying tho, which is why I didn’t give it the full 5 stars.

Terrible choice

This was the most disappointing purchase I have ever made from Sam’s. It took over one month to receive. I didn’t get any updates, but instead I had to call several times and didn’t ever really get an answer. Finally it shipped and was even more disappointed! Opening for the tall kitchen can is small, there is no insert bucket, you have to get creative in order for the top of the bag to not show. The small can is ugly and operates poorly. Very unhappy with this purchase. It uses “C” and “D” batteries, which aren’t as common in a household. Don’t buy it!

I didn't realize until just now this was supposed to be a double pack so I thought I was missing a second small trashcan but apparently I'm missing a 13 gallon which I am going to inquire with Walmart about but the small one has been in my bathroom for a few weeks and it works perfect we love it. It's got strong motor and helps keep our restroom smelling nice and the sensor works perfect

13.2 gal trash can worked for 3 or 4 times then quit working. The light doesn't come on or anything. Called the company and got a recording. Sent an email and haven't heard back. Will be returning it to Sam's. Would not recommend this unit.
