I love the motion sensor trash can! It is easy to use with a large capacity. When you have your hands full of trash and don't have one free to lift a lid this trash can is awesome. Just stand in front of it and the lid lifts automatically. Changing the trash bag is a breeze. It has stayed in place with no problems so far. As far as the soap dispenser (from another review), there is an on/off switch located on the bottom. If you turn it on it works great. The hands free dispenser is fun to use and my toddler loves to wash his hands.

These trash cans are exactally what i was looking for. The 13 gal. can is a nice size for my kitchen and i use the smaller one in my bathroom. They work just as they are described. Wave your hand across the sensor and the lid opens, walk away, and a short time later the lid closes automatacally. This is a great buy.

These 2 garbage cans were a great bargain - 1/2 the price of others on the net and just as good. They have a stainless steel look but do not collect fingerprints. The opening of the garbage cans is very convenient and entirely hands free. I just block the light from the red lit button and it pops open and stays open for a small period of time. The frame that hold the garbage bag in place works very well and the shape of the container makes it so you can completely fill the trash bag before having to dispose of it.

I bought these 6 months ago for my apartment - the large one is perfect size for kitchen and smaller for the bathroom. Both are still in great working condition!!! They seem to be quite energy-efficient too because I haven't needed to replace the batteries yet. I would recommend for anyone!! They are very nice quality and look much more expensive than they are... so that can be our little secret... You're welcome!!

We recently purchased our 2nd Nine Stars 13 gallon trash can to have one on both floors our home. The stainless steel construction is sturdy, looks good, and cleans up easily. The touchless automatic lid opening and closing feature is both practical and fun. The tight sealing lid locks in unpleasant odors. We get about 6-9 months use from a set of batteries. This was a great value from Walmart with the additional 2 gallon trash can ordered on site to store.

I received this as a Christmas gift & I love it. The hands free makes throwing things away while cooking so easy. With my old trash can which had a rotating top I still took the top off before I started cooking & it was always in someone's way. I put batteries in it when I got it & haven't had to change them in 3 months. FYI the small can takes D batteries & the big can takes Cs. When I purchased online the listing said only Ds.

I bought this November of last year, so it is still within warranty. After several failed attempts in reaching someone via email, I began calling customer service but only got to the voicemail. It has proven to be a struggle trying to get help in order to resolve this issue. I provided the information that was requested of me, after which, I could not seem to get any further assistance. I sent emails on 8/1, 8/7, 8/13, 8/20, 8/23 & 8/26. I received troubleshooting instructions which did not work, so I received another email advising to provide the following, along with proof of purchase in order to have my lid replaced, which is still under warranty by the way: -Full Name -Phone Number -Complete Address -Unit's Model Number -Description of Issue I provided all information on 8/13, but did not hear anything further, even after 2 more emails requesting further assistance. I also sent a message through the “contact us” on the website, but nothing! I have called several times, only to get the voicemail that is full and not able to receive messages. This started out as a great product, but the poor customer service is just horrible.

Bought as an Xmas gift for hubby. Originally wanted stainless, but this price was too good to pass by. Works great and looks even better! Goes great with the stainless appliances with black handles. The free soap dispenser was an added bonus. Our grandson (age 5) was more than happy to clean up all the Xmas wrappings just so he could work the trash lid! Was a hit of the Xmas gathering! And with free delivery to my home!! How can you beat that???

We've bought this can set 8 yeas ago and it was one of the best cans I've had in my life. Batteries needed to be changed only twice in 8 years. Large can stopped working just recently (may be because kids dropped it), but the small one still working fine. Now I am shopping for new large can and I will go for the same one. It's a great product and presents great value for your money. The only inconvenience I found, it's that you can't hose down the lid to wash, because of electrical parts, have to wipe it instead.

I'm really happy with my purchase. It look fabulous and makes my kitchen really stand out. When people come over just make sure to warn them how it works before hand. When I have people over they are always trying to open it or can't figure it out"lol" Once I show them how it works they are really impressed and are amazed. We have had it for about 6 months and use it quite frequently and only have had to change out battery once. The only & do mean only downfall for me is that it takes a little longer to open then I would like it to "since I'm always in a hurry" I like thing to move fast as I do but overall it is a great product... You will love it!~
