Bought this set a year ago, and we love it! Showed up in great condition, works flawlessly. In one years time I have only had to replace the batteries once in the large trash can, we use it for our main kitchen trash can, everyday use, multiple times a day. I just ordered a second set to upgrade our entrance and second bath trash cans. Definitely recommend!!

The large trash can needs 3 C cells and works great. Nicely holds the tall kitchen bags. Highly recommended. The small trash can takes two D cells and works great. It has a plastic inner piece that can be washed. It is best without a trash bag. If you can live with that, then you surely want this product. To be touch free more often than not, is a plus. The dog has not got in the big one in the kitchen. This replaced a locking trash can. If we forgot the to secure the lock, we would have a mess. Good luck to all, but my wife made a good call.

The product was good, but dont trust the gift option. I picked the gift option and the. Item was supposed to be put in a walmart box so the item wasnt seen. It came in its own box, showing waht it was, with the shipping label on it. Thank goodness it wasn't a kids Christmas present!

These cans really look great and work well. We love the motion sensors and the price can't be beat. The one drawback is putting a bag in the small one is a bit difficult since it's made to not need one but since I have it in the bathroom I want a bag in it. Other than that we are very pleased with the purchase.

We have had an automatic trash can for the last 10 yrs. It is really the way to go. Our last one was the really slim one, I like this kind better. the small one is perfect for the bath if you have dogs that like to eat the trash. the color of the grey top blends in w/stainless appliances . Not a big expense for what you get. as we have just got this one I can't say about durability, but our last one was made by same company and lasted about 7 years

We bought this for our sister who has polio. She has never been able to use a trash can with the foot pedal. Never ever thought about that in her case. She is so thankful. You would think it was a million dollar lottery win for her. We are happy with this purchase. So thankful we found this.

The large can we use in our kitchen, and it looks great with our stainless appliances! My children and I love the ease of using this with its hands free sensor ( for quick open and seems to stay open the perfect amount of time, too) and I love that it has a button option to open so it will remain open until I push on close button if I need it open longer while cleaning off plates, etc. I also love the removable rim that holds and tucks the garbage bag into place, so you do not see it hanging out of the sides, and maintains the sleek look of the can. I would highly recommend the large can!! The small can we use in our office, it has a removable interior basket with handle, and sensor works well, but it is not as wonderful as the large one. First, if it gets pushed up against something (i. e. Desk or wall), the on/off switch gets shut off easily because it is located on lower back of can. Second, it is not possible to conveniently use a trash bag inside. I was hoping to use it in the bathroom to toss in the baby wipes, but had to change to office because I did not wish to have to hand wash the interior basket constantly (was hoping on one less thing to have to clean!). There is no removable rim to clip bag in place, and when I attempted to put bag in, it covered the hands free sensor. I found it difficult to try to tuck the bag into the basket because then the removable interior basket does not easily sit flush to allow lid to completely close. I am ok with it, but not in love.

It’s quick and reliable so far.

I've always enjoyed the automatic opening trash cans and to get two for such a great price was like hitting the mother lode!! Both fit well in the locations I am using them (kitchen and bathroom) and because the lids stay down until I "wave my hand" above them, any resident odors are also kept in check. Very clean, sleek and modern looking.

I think that I am going to like this trash can it seems to be more sturdy than the previous one that I purchase from this same company. I gave it an average because I'm a little cautious since the last one that I bought just stop opening up. I did not have it for a year and I just said it out in the garage. The batteries lasted longer than the trash can because I did not have them installed in the new trash can. This one cost a little more than $10 more so I'll see how it lasts. But I wasn't happy spending over $60 for a trash can that didn't last year so I'm sending a picture of the new one and the old one
