These enchiladas are delicious. Filled with chicken and with just enough heat from the peppers without being too hot. These have become a weekly staple.

Really good! Definitely make a side with it though by itself it gets almost to rich tasting needs something it break it up a bit. Also it does have a cream cheese flavor <3

Not sure what happened…reviews were overall good. Chicken was not cut up, parts of the chicken that should have been thrown out were in there too. They were inedible.

The enchiladas didn't come in the usual aluminum tray! I think someone made a mistake and forgot to put these in the aluminum tray that can be put in the oven - not a huge deal, but I wasn't used to having to use more own dishes to cook these

My husband didn't want to try because of not knowing how long it set there.i won and we both loved them. Very filling and was enough for 2 meals for us.

These enchiladas are fantastic! Once in a while they are a little bit spicy. Not burning hot just pretty warm. We don't eat spicy foods but these are warmer but not to spicy for us. Most of the time they are just very flavorful.

Delicious however wish there was more Hatch chili as there wasn't much. Lucky for me I order the chili form Hatch directly and I doctor it up with extra.

The chicken used is the “new” mass produced slop. Similar to that used in the Sam's Club enchiladas and tacos kits that I used to like but ended up giving to the dogs. Please use the pulled rotisserie chicken.

I really enjoyed these. They taste great. If I have a complaint, it’s that the directions say to cook at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes or until the thermometer reads 165. It took nearly an hour for it to bake and get to that proper temperature. In my mind, it could use a little more cheese, which I did add more. Would definitely purchase again.

Cooking instructions wrong, not even close. Cooking instructions on bottom of package. Cant peel instructions off without damaging and making unreadable. Adding around 45 miuutes to cook time might get it to 165 degrees. After 40 minutes covered it is up to 75 degrees. Your instructions must be based on cooking before it was ever refrigerated.
