These are always good. I personally add a can of the hatch green enchilada sauce on top before baking so they stay super moist.

These chicken enchiladas are one of our favorites! The chicken chunks are tender and tasty. And the cheese sauce with the Hatch chilis has just the right heat….so delicious!!

My husband didn’t want to try because of not knowing how long it set there.i won and we both loved them. Very filling and was enough for 2 meals for us.

Delicious however wish there was more Hatch chili as there wasn't much. Lucky for me I order the chili form Hatch directly and I doctor it up with extra.

These enchiladas are delicious. Filled with chicken and with just enough heat from the peppers without being too hot. These have become a weekly staple.
