Would definitely buy again! This meal fed 5 people and we had one extra serving leftover. Very flavorful, lots of chicken, plenty of cheese, spices well balanced and it turned out to be a great, filling meal that I only had to bake and serve. We added sour cream and salsa for toppings, and it was perfect. Nothing negative to say about this meal. If you want to serve your family something quick and delish without breaking the bank or draining your time, this is a definite go-to. I prepare most of my meals at home and doubt I could replicate this at home for the quality, taste and price. I paid $11.14 for this meal which cost $2.23 per person!!! Where are you going to find a meal at that price! Just try it! You won't be disappointed!

Been buying this for several years. It's seasonal so not always available. My wife found it while making a visit 3 days ago. She bought it, brought it home and we refrigerated it until today, when I found it no longer comes in an aluminum tray, but a cheap plastic tray. Now you have to put it in your own tray, forcing extra dishes to wash and hopefully you have one that will fit in your small oven instead of heating up your house in the full size oven - 102 degrees outside today. Online photos mislead in that it still comes in an oven ready aluminum tray. Liar-liar - house on fire. Last time I purchase ready made take & bake meals. Sneaky way to increase your profit besides a above board price increase. Seen plenty of those too.

I’m not sure that I’ve ever tried a dish with hatch chilies but I’m sold. This is a tasty dish although it’s pretty rich Mine came in aluminum pan so it was so simple to just put on a baking sheet and bake! Took about 45 minutes total. Note. I sprayed my foil to avoid cheese sticking cause it’s piled high

Don't pay attention to the negative reviews bc I'm here to tell ya these are amazing for pre prepared enchiladas. My husband is such a picky eater, especially when it comes to tex-mex and Mexican cuisine, and he absolutely loved them. There is a very VERY slight "vinegar" flavor but it's barely noticeable. The cream sauce is delightful and wish there was more tbh! Ours came packaged in a metal container so heating was super easy. These are gonna be a staple now on our Sam's shopping trips! Highly recommend!!!

Decided to try these yesterday but they really weren't very good. They do turn out pretty wet/sloppy at first. I expected some spiciness & Mexican taste to them & there was no spice at all. My son decided they had a vinegary taste to them (pickled peppers maybe?) & then refused to eat any more. We ended up throwing half away. Just couldn't eat them, weird flavor.

I will eat almost anything, however this was very bad. The flavor wasn't terrible, but there were tree-like stems throughout this whole dish. If we were not picking out steams, we were pulling hard strings/fibers from our mouths. No idea what that was. Ruined the whole thing.

The sour cream or cream cheese was too tangy and overshadowed the hatch chile in this dish -- I didn't taste any spice and I am a wimp when it comes to the heat. Perhaps this was a poor batch where ingredients were not correctly proportioned...I would not chance buying this again, as my family would not finish this dish. Very disappointing and wasteful.

The Hatch Chili and Chicken Enchiladas are delicious!! So easy to have dinner in just about 30 minutes. I shared them with a couple friends, and they loved them too! Next time, if they are available, I am going to try freezing one to have on hand. They are not hot or spicey, but they are very good! Filled with a lot of chicken breast meat in a creamy sauce.

I followed the cooking instructions and took off the plastic lid and covered the tray with foil. I put it in the oven for 30 min at 350. Usually the meals they sell to go into the oven are in a black oven safe pan. This was in a clear pan but i figured they changed their packaging. The clear pan completely melted on the oven. It was not oven safe

Delicious! As a rule I think freezer meals are gross and deli meals are questionable, for the have it all going perfectly. These are stuffed full of high quality grilled chicken, hatch chilis and sauce, and covered in delicious fresh pepper jack. They are excellent quality with tons of flavor.
