You don't have to re-dish! Just follow the instructions - remove film, cover with foil, place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 30 mins, then remove foil and cook an additional 10-15 minutes. Wonderful flavor, chicken is super tender and plenty of cheese - even my hubby, who never orders chicken enchiladas (beef only), went back for hearty seconds! Buying again!

These enchiladas are delicious. A new favorite for us! They sauce is really flavorful and creamy and the rotisserie chicken is plentiful. We didn't find them too salty or bland as some reviewers have said. We've bought them twice now and will buy again. They were packaged in an aluminum foil baking container.

I bought these bc they were out of the red sauce enchiladas that we normally buy. These left a lot to be desired compared to the red sauce. The chicken tasted straight of of a can instead of rotisserie chicken like the red sauce enchiladas. That along left these lacking a lot of much needed flavor. Still edible but lacking the flavors we expected from Sam's club take out meals.

Paper thin tortillas and leftover rotisserie chicken in a disgusting puddle of cheese. These had the potential to be amazing but the cheese overkill was ridiculous and off-putting. I might still eat the other half after I distribute it more sanely into better tortillas. Way too much cheese. It was gross. I do not recommend UNLESS you take the 3 tortillas and redistribute the filling into maybe 6-8. Then it might be a terrific bargain. But as is, yuck.

I’m not sure that I’ve ever tried a dish with hatch chilies but I’m sold. This is a tasty dish although it’s pretty rich Mine came in aluminum pan so it was so simple to just put on a baking sheet and bake! Took about 45 minutes total. Note. I sprayed my foil to avoid cheese sticking cause it’s piled high

First time trying the hatch chili enchiladas, normally we get the red ones. These are SPICY! Probably should have some kind of warning on the label. If we had known, we would not have purchased. That being said, the flavor itself was delicious on thew few bites we could tolerate.

I enjoyed the Hatch Chili Enchaladas. An easy heat and serve meal for those who do not like the red sauce. Mild heat from the chili peppers. Creamy and cheesy. The chicken I thought was supposed to be rotisserie, which makes me think more shredded and not the strip slices it was, but it was still good. Not as good as restaurant but better than a frozen box item. Give them a try 😉

These taste great. But keep in mind they come in a plastic container so you have to try and scoop them out and put them in another tray to heat them up. Kind of ruins the point of getting something ready to go then them falling apart trying to scoop them out.

I had high hopes. It looked really good. First, it's in a plastic container and the instructions say to move it to an oven safe dish. I'm confused why Sam's club even put it in plastic when many other oven dishes are already in an oven ready dish. Second after cooking, it smelled great but had very little hatch chili taste and was very very very salty. This is a dish that needs to go back to the drawing board Sams Club

We love these! My wife has had several surgeries this year that have reduced her mobility and left me in charge of the cooking and the grocery shopping. I can cook reasonably well but with a full-time job and all the other tasks of maintaining the household I've had to look for as many efficient options as I can find. These are a perfect option. They can be frozen for future use, thawed on the counter during the day, and popped into the oven at night. Spicy, but not too spicy, and the flavor is wonderful. We like them far more than the red enchiladas. My only complaint is they can be out of stock for weeks at a time - possibly due to the seasonal nature of the hatch chilis - so get them while you can.
