Well first of all putting these in an all plastic container so you have to remove it is extremely inconvenient. Second enchiladas are made with corn tortillas not flour, flour tortillas get all gummy when in sauce ..not appetizing at all. You should call these burritos not enchiladas! Very misleading

SO SO Delicious, great for a family dinner or as I am just one in ny home, I separate and freeze individual portions. Still always a great meal Sams makes fresh. It got me hooked on Hatch Green Chili Enchada sauce so I buy and use when I cook specific entrees.

I bought this product yesterday at our Eagan Sam's Club after I convinced my wife it looked great & would probably taste great. But it was in a plastic tray; NOT in an oven-safe container. I had to transfer the enchiladas & sauce into a metal oven-safe pan. What a mess trying to move those enchiladas & sauce! And the plastic tray had grooves on the bottom & sides, such that I wound up wasting some of the sauce. The food tasted pretty good, but its packaging was a sore disappointment. Will not buy anything with this sort of packaging again. So sorry, Sam's Club!

This was a good find, I'd continue to purchase this regularly with future trips. It seemed to need a little longer to heat than the recommended time, but it was worth the wait. It tasted fresh, good texture and excellent flavor. It wasn't at all spicy as somewhat expected, but that isn't a deal breaker because that means the kids can eat and enjoy it too! Happy with this for a busy weeknight meal.

We've purchased these enchiladas a couple of times and truly enjoy them, because the enchiladas are delicious. If you buy this item, please be aware that the cooking instructions are off. 30 minutes for the covered baking period in combination with the uncovered 10 to 15 minute baking period is not sufficient. I recommend a 45 minute covered baking period. (If you are wondering, my oven temp is accurate.)

We bought these hatch enchiladas on a whim a couple months ago and they were delicious and just like what is served at an eatery we eat at in New Mexico and also like what I grew up on in the southwest. We can make them at home with an excellent recipe, but with a busy schedule, we decided to buy another tray of them when we visited Sam’s Club yesterday. We went straight home to get them into the refrigerator and not sit in the car for other errands. We cut the tray into thirds for 3 meals.

Reviews for these seem to be pretty hit or miss. Speaking for the ones we purchased, these are incredible. The sauce is a cream base with a hint of spice and plenty of grilled chicken per roll.. simply too easy. We will be purchasing again and I will update if quality is inconsistent... but for now? 10/10.

This is an excellent product with great flavor and easy preparation. It's one of my favorites until recently. My local Sam's had been selling it in the aluminum pan which could be placed directly in the oven for cooking. Now they have changed to a plastic container and I have to move the dish to an oven safe pan. This is extremely difficult and messy. The dish loses is beautiful presentation and the enchiladas tend to unroll. I have probably purchased this 20 or 30 times but will not purchase again unless it is back in the oven safe dish.

First off, my family loves these enchiladas. We also love the red ones too. We've been buying them bi-weekly for a few months and I've even gone so far as to buy them, freeze them, and pull them out for an easy dinner. The last batch that I bought though, did not come in a foil tray. I had to go through and try to get these Monster enchiladas into a baking dish while keeping them together and not making a crazy mess. They were definitely not convenient this time around. I tried to call the club to find out if this is an ongoing thing or if they just ran out temporarily, but I was unable to because they're so short staffed. I've reached out to customer support and that's been a couple of days now. There is no doubt that these are five star enchiladas. For me, having to put them into a new baking dish will prevent me from buying them in the future.

I thought they were good and I am pretty good at determining that. The chicken didn’t appear to be shredded breast, thought. More like sliced chicken breast…..still the hatch chili mixed with pepper jack made it so good. Add green onions on top and it’s 🔥
