These are so good! We actually keep an extra container or two in the freezer as backup. I honestly couldn't believe these only have a 4.2 star rating because they really are so amazing! My husband and I recommend these to everyone and they've said the same thing as well!

I bought the enchiladas once at the Flint store and they were good. I purchased again at the Grand Blanc store and they were inedible. The "chicken" wasn't real chicken, it was flat rubbery pieces of pressed fake grilled "chicken". The sauce was separated with chunks of something and watery sauce. Gross

Picked up these hatch chili chicken enchiladas today for our dinner tonight, and they were wonderful! Tender shredded chicken, tasty cream sauce, and just enough cheese. Yes, the plastic tray says it can be put in the oven, but the cooking instructions say if in a plastic tray to transfer to a baking dish to heat them, which I did. It's not that difficult! I would definitely buy this again.

I love the product, but now Sam's has changed the way it's packaged. It was packed in a plastic container, both bottom and lid, so now you can't heat it without taking it out of the packaging. Before it had an aluminum tray, so all you had to do was pop it in the oven to heat. Raising prices, and cheapening the product all over the store.

We love these enchiladas and buy them about once a month. Today we bought some and they are in a plastic tray! Now I have to somehow transfer them to an oven-safe pan without making a big mess of them. What a mistake! They used to be so convenient to just pop in the oven.

I make my own chicken enchiladas and I've got to say that these top my best any day. There is a huge amount of chicken and cheese in this meal. Description states that they use their own rotisserie chicken and I believe it. I can not wait to bake this up again.
