Pros - large portions, easy to make, lots of chicken Cons - too much sour cream sauce, not enough cheese, chicken wasnt very flavorful Overall - 3/5. Family friendly taste but we expected more flavor especially with the Hatch green chile.

One of these dishes is bound to have loads of sodium i know but i was surprised just how much is in just half an enchilada. Moreover, the taste is okay at best.

We are doing a lot more ready made meals like these pre-made enchilada trays. These were delish with a little bit of heat. Have ordered them again to bake up this week!

This dish has the potential to be amazing, if they took the time to trim the fat off the chicken. Biting into a chunk of grissle turns my stomach for the rest of the meal.

We love enchiladas and really are not picky about them, but these were not good. The first couple of bites were okay, but I couldn’t do more than that. The sauce was a really weird flavor.

We really enjoyed these!! They are very rich and creamy, with lots of flavor and a hint of spice from the hatch peppers. We will be buying these for as long as Sam's sells them!
