This is the best chicken hatch enchilada dish ever! So easy to prepare, just warm it up in oven (best) or microwave (still yummy). It is delicious, just the right amount of Hatch chili in a scrumptious creamy cheese sauce. The best!!

A good try;;however rhe food is dry and require more sauces...some one (culinary person) should be QA these products before sells - justnlike a restaurant before ot hoes to the table for taste.

These are so amazingly delicious!! I get them a few times a month. Super easy to prepare, especially when in a metal tray, not plastic. From fridge to oven, so simple. We pair this with chips and the guacamole we get from Sam's, great combo.

Very good chicken enchiladas. Great for an easy dinner. You can add salsa or more cheese or rice or chips or a salad (if that's what you're into). Great left over. One enchilada with a few chips and salsa were plenty for one of us.

My husband and I love these enchiladas. They are so flavorful and easy to heat when you don’t have the time or energy to prepare dinner. They reheat well too.

Delicious. Tasty sauce was delicious. Basically filled with rotisserie chicken, really nice large flour tortilla and topped with plenty of cheese sauce. (No veggies).

We are doing a lot more ready made meals like these pre-made enchilada trays. These were delish with a little bit of heat. Have ordered them again to bake up this week!

Very good- not hot- lots of flavor- great family dinner idea- easy to heat up- if we get a good size one, we can have it for dinner on saturday and enjoy the next day for lunch or dinner, or we can re-freeze it, no problem

Great flavor, not spicy/hot, just the right amount of sauce. When I purchased they weren’t adding the heating instructions, so I removed the plastic lid, covered the pan w foil, set it on a baking tray, and baked at 350* about 45-50 minutes

This is just about the only chicken enchilada i really like. It could use more sauce, and it never cooks as fast as the directions say it will, but it is extremely tasty. Even with the negatives it is still worth a full 5 stars.
