I bought this two months ago and it doesn’t live up to my expectations, when washing towels or sheets the drum wobbles, bangs and the entire machine shakes. I have redistributed the load but it still happens. I bought this model for its direct drive motor but it doesn’t perform any better than the belt drive type it replaced. Contacting LG has been an excersize in frustration so I don’t recommend this model to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent machine. Love the sounds it makes when finished.  Instead if those ugly buzzer sounds it has a tune.  Can't say enough v good about the washer and dryer.   Very very satisfied.  In fact my neighbor bought the same set in stainless.
