I bought a month ago and have had a few issues with washer especially spin cycle but I have it figured out. Customer service has been mixed. The first call to CS was outstanding but second call, not so good. Overall, very pleased so far.

I was looking for a quiet washer with plenty of cycle options. This washer is the quietest one I have ever owned. I love how clean my clothes get with this washer also.

We have the machine for a few weeks and it has performed extremely well. The features are state of the art yet easy to navigate. It is an intelligent machine monitoring water usage and load size. Definitely recommend.

This LG washer is a great, after doing my research this was my first and only choice to buy, it hasn't disappointed us. It's easy to operate, wash clothes very well. I would highly recommend it to family and friends and would buy it again......
