[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this LG washer about a month ago and I am glad we did. It has a lot of great features such as it cuts down on the amount of water and electricity per size of load. Very economical !

I bought this and within 9 months had to have it serviced. It might be operator error, I don’t know yet. The service call has taken over 2 weeks and still no date set. But I love the deep wash and quick wash settings on it.

Easy to use with many features. Can't believe how clean your clothes get, best feature is how quiet it is, have to listen to know it's on. Great price and product.

I bought a month ago and have had a few issues with washer especially spin cycle but I have it figured out. Customer service has been mixed. The first call to CS was outstanding but second call, not so good. Overall, very pleased so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first it was ok, but you can’t seem to put it on delicate was , the agitation cycle for delicates is still kind of harsh, and on normal it doesn’t give you much water.

I bought this for my son to replace his which he had paid to repair multiple times. We decided that he needed a high quality product and this met every expectation amazing product.

I just purchased my LG washing machine and have put it through 6 loads so far. The controls are easy to work with and I love the large capacity of this machine!
