I bought a month ago and have had a few issues with washer especially spin cycle but I have it figured out. Customer service has been mixed. The first call to CS was outstanding but second call, not so good. Overall, very pleased so far.

Washer has many options and cleans well. Have yet to understand how to change cycle default settings. User manual directs to cycle modifier and option buttons but does not explain where they are.

Can wash much larger loads. All my darks fit in one load. Clothes have much less wet when finished washing. Variety of cycles and is so quiet. Love Quick wash feature for when I am in a hurry.

I am very pleased with this. LG washer so far. It cleans clothes completely and efficiently. User friendly controls and perfect size inside to accommodate everything from a small load of delicates to large bedding sets.
