[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this LG washer because of the agitator. The deep wash cycle is beyond amazing!! I highly recommend this washer. You will not be disappointed.

Worst washer I have ever owned. There is a problem with the washer and 3 different repair companies have come since Jan 8, 2024 to repair the washer but each time the washer is worse than before. It is now March 3!

Here it is,October 2021,three months after I purchased my LG washer. Each wash was a total success! Easy to use,plus,the efficiency and low cost is now reflected in my bills.Will recommend LG,to anyone.

I’m still learning the many features offered by LG. It’s great that the washer has so many smart functions. The one that I like the most is that if uses less water and it adjusts it automatically by the load’s weight.

Not too happy with all the buttons/bells/whistles but once I figured out the machine, it works great and I'm glad I got it. Amazingly large capacity!

Want a quiet washing machine? Get this marvel. Have done multiple loads of different types of clothes/bedding. At first, had to keep checking to make sure it was running. Learned to usually run the "Deep Wash" cycle to ensure there was enough water.

This washer does a great job getting everything clean. I love how well the agitator works but doesn't beat up my clothes. I am really glad I bought this washer.
