I purchased the ahi tuna steaks and we seared them on the bbq for a few minutes each side. They tasted so fresh. I also used two to make poke bowls, which were delicious have purchased these before and I will purchase them again. The price is good compared to the regular grocery stores.

Always check the dates but these streaks are a must buy! I marinate in ponzu, cover in black n white sesame seeds and sear for 1 1/2 minutes a side. Fantastic! I have also cooked through (med well) and chopped up for tuna salad. Beats the he'll outta canned tuna and is cheaper!

This is a great fish choice. I do not like rare or under-cooked fish so I cook it done. It is delicious for a dinner, a salad or sandwich. Particularly good marinated in an Asian style marinade. It also has a firm, flaky texture, a must for fish!
