I freeze them for 7 days and then thaw them out and slice them thin for sashimi. Not bad with Wasabi and soy sauce. It will most definitely satisfy that Sashimi and/or Sushi craving

We bring home fresh tuna every year from what we catch in Cabo and these were better. Costs a lot more per steak but they were amazing

We found these to be fresh and taste great. The tuna steaks are larger that we normally get and they seared beautifully. Will definitely be buying them again.

Fresh, sushi grade Ahi Tuna!

This tuna, combined with the Kinder Teriyaki sauce, is amazing! Sear it in an oiled pan for a few minutes on either side and you have a quick, nutritious protein for your meal!

These tuna steaks were beautiful, bright and red. And fresh! We love making tuna tartar with the tuna.

Good quality tuna and nicely cut portions. I wish the individual pieces would be separately packed for freezer storage. Some other retailers sell tuna frozen, which is my preference.

Put blackening spice on them. Seared both sides 2-3 minutes in a very hot cast iron frypan. Used a bit of avocado oil in the pan. Excellent. Crispy edges red in the middle. About a week ago my wife and I are both alive. So good Tuna.

Not Sushi quality Tuna. Tough with areas of gristle. Tasty but a lot is wasted cutting out bad parts.

Not good at all. Very fibrous and has white stuff in it that tastes like paper. This is probably the worst ahi tuna I have ever purchased and I won’t ever buy it from Sam’s again
