Perfect for burgers on the grill. The 90% lean does not cause flame ups on grill. There is enough fat to add flavor.

Was able to purchase smaller quantities of 6 lbs which is wonderful! Price is so much better than a grocery store.

Beef is expensive anywhere you shop lately. Sam’s club has the most reasonable price and the quality of meat here is always pretty good.

There is no way this was an 88/12 mixture. Our burgers shrunk to half the original size. Way too much fat in them to be 88/12. Buyer beware.

The quality of the meat is always good and fresh. Even after a few days in the refrigerator the color is still red with no brown.

I buy ground beef all the time. I really like 90/10% because I like lean meat but this one cooks up great and not too much grease with it.
