Recently ground beef has changed. We used to buy 80/20 ground beef that had great color and taste. It seems now it has a duller color and not as tasty. 88/12 has great color and taste like "the old days". My only "beef" with the packaging is the quantity: 4.8 pounds typically. Why not 5 pounds even?

Good ground beef for the price. I know there will be people who will only use “grass fed, organic, antibiotic-free, non-gmo, humanely raised, sang to bed every night, pampered life” beef, but this members mark ground beef cooks and tastes just fine. I buy there larger packs when we go camping with large groups and use it to make tacos, smash burgers, meat loaf, etc. I have been buying it for years and have no complaints. The price is very fair and the quality it high. Buy it and you won’t be disappointed

Trash. This meat is 6.39 a lb. and it’s trash. Seriously doubt it 88/12 for starters. When you cook it draws up to nothing with a ton of grease. It’s a lot lighter color than most 88/12 which indicates a higher fat content. No longer ground and packaged on sight. More cost saving farmed out crap at 6.39 a pound. Poor quality for the price. Would not reccomend, won’t buy again.

I bypassed ground beef on sale at a local grocery store because it looked so fatty to me. I paid more per pound for this high-quality meat, but I believe it was worth it. It was lean, and made wonderful sloppy Joe’s for my family.

Weight isn’t labeled correctly. I repackage this into individual meal size freezer bags. I use a food scale. The weight wasn’t a little off, it was significantly off. I bought meat from another retailer and double checked. I can confirm, my scale isn’t the problem. Buyer be warned.

The best ground beef anywhere… I only buy from Sam’s Club. I know it’s always fresh. It always tastes perfect. Love the fact that it’s ground fresh in the store.

We love this ground beef. We buy this package and divide it into four bags to freeze. For quick thaw and cooking. Sometimes we cook and scramble the whole package and freeze for soups later.

Always get & stopped cuz got bone crunchies a few times, tried again after months, hamburger was real good and great way to divide into 1 lb for freezing & burgers. Pricing was pretty good for qty.
