This was no different than the 80 20 ground beef except more expensive. I bought this so it did not fry down to nothing and what A waste. They cut the price but use more fat do it is not A deal getting it

OST ground beef these days is full of fat and gristle. This was the perfect consistency! Just enough fat to keep it moist but not too much that it cooks down and is greasy.
