Meat was good. Just sort of expensive...

Sam's always has the better quality of meat. Staff is helpful and the meat department is always clean.

Prices are getting so high and stretching this package to make four meals. Tacos, sloppy joes, chili and lasagna.

Quality fine grind. I haven't ever found any bone fragments and I have likely bought at least a hundred lb in the last year. Very lean.

I've bought this hamburger several times. The taste is excellent for hamburgers on the grill, spaghetti, or whatever you have in mind. Great product!

The meat looked GREAT! Until I started to break it up. The outer layer (only) was nice and fresh-looking; however, the inner part was brown and smelly.

I've bought other meat @ Sam's that's been fine briskets, pork loin, and shoulders...but this was disappointing. Didn't seem lean @ all burgers shrunk down and meat tasted off.

I used to buy Sam’s ground beef all the time. It’s just not good anymore. Something’s different. The last few months every time I bought it it’s weird. Meatloaf and burgers won’t hold together, they crumble. Never had that happen before. Taste is off too. No longer trust it and won’t buy again.

Every, and I mean every, week when I used to buy this I would have bits of bone or chards of bone in the ground beef. I’ve literally never had ground beef where pieces of bone were processed in with it where you could feel it in every other bite. It wasn’t a one off incident but every single time I bought this particular beef. I have no idea what the butchers are doing where bone chards are making it into the meat.
