The meat looked GREAT! Until I started to break it up. The outer layer (only) was nice and fresh-looking; however, the inner part was brown and smelly.

I've bought other meat @ Sam's that's been fine briskets, pork loin, and shoulders...but this was disappointing. Didn't seem lean @ all burgers shrunk down and meat tasted off.

I've bought this hamburger several times. The taste is excellent for hamburgers on the grill, spaghetti, or whatever you have in mind. Great product!

Excellent quality, i really noticed the difference compared to the grocery store where i last bought ground beef. The package resulted in more meals than the 5 pounds from the neighborhood grocery and it tasted better

Beef is pricy, but I was craving chili. Half of this went into a big pot that lasted days. Great for the showy weather. The rest is in the freezer for another day.

I used to buy Sam’s ground beef all the time. It’s just not good anymore. Something’s different. The last few months every time I bought it it’s weird. Meatloaf and burgers won’t hold together, they crumble. Never had that happen before. Taste is off too. No longer trust it and won’t buy again.

I used to buy this quite frequently, but I refuse absolutely refuse to pay that price for 2.25 pounds of 88/12 ground beef! When I can go to Walmart and get 93% lean 7% fat 2.25 pounds for 17.96! I'm not about to make the big beef farmers richer because you know what I'm a middle class human being and I was living good and buying a lot from Sam's until these prices went through the roof so when they come back to normal, I'll buy again until then Tata!

We used this meat to make meatballs. They were great. Good flavor. Not much shrinkage.

This Member's Mark 88/12 Ground Beef is the best to buy. It doesn't have grissells.
