Made a great taco flavored nacho concoction with beans, spices, tomatoes and 4 Mexican cheese in it.

This ground beef has a great flavor. I used it to make grilled burgers. The burgers were moist and tasty.

There is no way this was an 88/12 mixture. Our burgers shrunk to half the original size. Way too much fat in them to be 88/12. Buyer beware.

Excellent ground beef. Appreciate the 90/10 mix. Excellent in chili and spaghetti sauce as well as grilled patties.

This GB cooks great, but I like the 93% lean better. But this does well when they run out of the other.

I buy this all the time, after I get it home I split it into 1 pound pkgs and also in to hamburgers and freeze.

We were shorted 3 oz. When we were weighing and freezing the meat, it showed that what was on the tag for weight was off by 3 oz.
