Do not buy. The chair broke in half after owning for one year. The wood framing snapped were back and seat go together.

We purchased three of these for our family room. It's been two weeks and the chairs are comfortable. Great value for the money.plenty of USB's and I love the light up cup holders.

I bought 2 of your Serta Home Theater Power Recliners I don't care for them at all. They are not comfortable for setting. They are very noisy when you are changing setting position and setting it back up. I would not recommend it! 1!

I love this chair. The storage in the arms keeps clutter down and everything within reach. I am 5'5 and it is perfect for me. I hope it lasts because it is just what I need.

Well packed, easy to assemble. My only concern is the USB ports inside the armrest compartment don't work. There are AC sockets that do, and a USB charger works fine plugged into one. Still, the USBs should work on their own.

I bought this chair for my husbands birthday last month. Its a nice looking chair however after assembly the chair was getting power (light in back on) but the electronics would not work. After some looking all connections over still nothing, then the next day it randomly had electric function. Since then it as went out multiple times for no reason and 1 week in nothing at all (still power to the back with light). I reached out to Sam's for an exchange and they no longer have the gray model (which we purchased) in stock. They will not exchange for anything else. This is a good looking chair but if it doesn't work now I can't imagine in a year or more. Plus terrible Sam's customer service. Will not purchase from Sam's Club again.

I bought 4 of these recliners and love them and they work daily without issue. You will find that they do have poorly made armrest are not put on strait and can have the hinges come apart like one of mine did. I think the biggest issue is, if you have an problem with the chairs and you call Serta, they will tell you that they are not made by there company and provide you a number of another company. You call that number, and they say its not there issue to deal with and will point you to another company called Upholstery Service. The company is nice and did there best to resolve the issue but was unable provide the needed parts. At the end of the day, they did their best to fix my issue. I hope I get a good 10 years or more out of these chairs.

I just bought this recliner today for a gift and the quality of the recliner and fabric look really solid.Then I tried reclining it and it's making a horrible noise. I'm a little upset because the store a few mile from me was sold out of it so I drove to town to get it and now I will have to drive back to town and try to return it. My husband birthday is in two days so a lot of hassle now. Other than the horrible noise the chair look well build and solid..this site doesn't let me upload a video directly so being a computer tard I guess I can't send the video I took to show the noise it makes.

I received the chair about a week ago and I love it! The only reason I didn't rate this a 5 is because on the back of the chair there is about a 1/2 inch gap between the back rest and the side of the chair. This gap is only on the left side of the chair. The right side looks fine. Other than that it functions great and is more comfortable than I expected.

We bought this chair as an extra for our office/entertainment room for watching TV last Jan 2022 in gray,Its used every day. I am loving it and buying a 2nd for our family room in brown today! Very Very comfortable and all features work well including the charging stations in the arms. Love that it reclines all the way back into a sleeping position too. Love the lighted blue lights
