I'm 6'5” 250 LBS, is the chair big enough. Yes it is. It's well built, comfortable easy to operate. Is it a perfect fit for my height no, but it's quite nice, and I fit in it. Yes my feet over reach the the end of it. Doesn't bother me. (It's really not a big deal.) if it was my bed then it would be different. I would recommend it , the price was very reasonable it's well built, and it can hold 350 Lbs.

This theater chair has proven to be an excellent choice we made. My 20 something year old sons were wanted chairs in their rooms for video watching, gaming and just something comfortable and would fit in their rooms. We bought several others and returned. I found this one on display at Sam's and sat in it and knew this is what they would love..... Not only is it comfortable for me but my son's are both over 6' and they fit very well in these chairs. The armrest has a large storage area on both sides with electrical plug ins! Not only USB plug-ins, but electrical which they were very happy with. Head rest can be adjusted separately to whatever you need for your neck. That is a huge plus! Most recliners when in a certain position require a pillow behind the head. Not this one. It has a separate button to adjust it. I think that is such a smart feature to have. I'm so glad we found these and my sons say this is the best purchase they have ever made.

Very comfy...great price. Very comfortable chairs. They aech arrived in one box with two pieces in the box. You have to install the back onto the base. Very simple, no tools required. It takes two people to carry the box. I have been looking for this type of chair for awhile and they were all in the range of $1200 each. Whe I saw these Serta chairs for $399, I was unsure about the quality. After receiving them, I am pleasantly surprised. They feel very sturdy. They are also high enough that an elderly person can easily get up from them. There are 3 usb ports and two electric plugs. There is a separate switch for both the foot recline and the head. The cupholders are illuminated. I hope they hold up under use, but they seem pretty well built.

Very nice chairs. Wasn't expecting that much because of the low price and negative reviews but took chance because of all the features (power recline & headrest, USB charging ports, 110V outlets, hydraulic assist armrests, lighted cupholders). Everything works flawlessly on both chairs. They look great and hope to get many years of use out of them.

The chair is great for the price. My husband is practically living in it while he recovers from surgery. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that it didn't work when we set it up. We had to turn the chair over to find and connect a loose wire. That wire came apart again later but now we know what to look for.

I purchased this chair for use in my bedroom. I'm older so I have a bit of trouble getting around now. I like the power assist but the motor is a bit slow. Although the back does move forward and back there is little difference between the positions. The chair is a bit firm but that's probably because it's new. As it's used I think it will become more comfortable. My only color choice was black although I preferred brown or tan to match our decor, those colors were not available. The main reason I purchased this chair was the price point. It was about half the cost of other comprable chairs I looked at. It does have two cup holders and two storage bins which is convenient while watching TV. It is a very heavy unit that's well packed in one box. It will take two people and a furniture dolly to move it into a room. There is some assembly required after unboxing. Using small furniture moving pads is very helpful when placing the chair once it's assembled. For the money, this is a good chair. I would recommend anyone in the market for one to check this one out before making a final decision.

I only gave three because of the arm cubbies, the reviews talking about them i ignored, however they do move on you, and don't seem to hold up well. They chair itself is awesome in the fact its a nice firm chair in lieu of sinking into it goes, bought for my father, however I had to bring it to my home and buy him something else, because not very wide and he didn't like the firmness of it.

The worst delivery literally flipped it out of truck then flipped it 2 move times to get scan of delivery. Watched it on my ringer! Then the pick up was a mess since one of the 2 recliners was damaged with delivery. Got so upset with company (delivery & online overseas Customer Service) requested both chairs for pickup!

First, I want to say the chair was nice and comfy. But the mechanics are slow and the back broke off within 2 weeks of owning it. We work so thru the week we only used it a few hours an evening. It was made with thin plywood to support the back. Unless you are frail and 80lbs this isn't the chair for you.

It's cheaply made. Right when we got it, the right arm of the chair wiggles back & forth as if it is no longer attached to the frame of the chair. When I recline I can hear this spring noise like it's going to just break. I'm almost afraid to sit in it. I wish I could return it to be honest. In my opinion do not buy this chair
