Very nice chairs. Wasn't expecting that much because of the low price and negative reviews but took chance because of all the features (power recline & headrest, USB charging ports, 110V outlets, hydraulic assist armrests, lighted cupholders). Everything works flawlessly on both chairs. They look great and hope to get many years of use out of them.

I only gave three because of the arm cubbies, the reviews talking about them i ignored, however they do move on you, and don't seem to hold up well. They chair itself is awesome in the fact its a nice firm chair in lieu of sinking into it goes, bought for my father, however I had to bring it to my home and buy him something else, because not very wide and he didn't like the firmness of it.

It's cheaply made. Right when we got it, the right arm of the chair wiggles back & forth as if it is no longer attached to the frame of the chair. When I recline I can hear this spring noise like it's going to just break. I'm almost afraid to sit in it. I wish I could return it to be honest. In my opinion do not buy this chair

The worst delivery literally flipped it out of truck then flipped it 2 move times to get scan of delivery. Watched it on my ringer! Then the pick up was a mess since one of the 2 recliners was damaged with delivery. Got so upset with company (delivery & online overseas Customer Service) requested both chairs for pickup!

Nice addition to our Living Room. Love having an electric recline option. Looks good and works well. Happy with my purchase from Sam's at a good price.

This chair is super comfortable and just plain cool. Very easy to set up. My only complaint is that it started making a creeeeeeeking noise whenever you lower the chair after only one week of use. Not sure what to do about it.

It is a good quality chair however as mentioned in almost every previous review the right arm will not stay secure. Not sure why it is the right side only but this needs to be addressed

At best a 3 star. The first was broken. The second has alignment issues. The armrest lids are crooked. The screws were falling out due to being stripped at the factory during assembly. This one to will be returned soon.

The chair is great except the right cushion is wobbly it isn't too bad now but I feel it won't do anything be get worse. If you can fix I would appreciate the help.

The first chair did not work…the replacement was delivered in the rain, and left on the street which is 70 ft from my house and it weighs 150 lbs. when the rain let up got it in my truck and drove it to the store..
