Comfortable, quiet and the controls work smoothly. On the down side the lids for the storage bins don't stay on the bins, the weak hinges don't keep armrests aligned and it feels like they can break if nudged with and force. It would also be nice if the leg lift and the back could be controlled independently. Other than that it's a pretty solid chair.

I have been very pleased with this chair.. the assembly was very easy, not sure if the back locked in like it instructed (but it stayed in place). When I first sat in the chair, the seat seemed very hard, but that had changed, in less than a month (I sit a lot) it has become fairly soft and the portion where your legs rest (while reclined) have developed a slot. This is not great, but doesn't seem like it will be a major issue. The price was fantastic (1/3 of the cost at local stores). This was my first time buying any product from Sam's that had to d=be delivered. My only issue with the process was with the delivery (done by FedEx). I got text messages that the delivery would be made on a Wednesday (also listed on the FedEx tracker)l. I stayed home all day (Im in a 2nd Floor Apt. with only stairs) to see if there would be any problem. Received a text after 6pm that it was delayed. OK, i get there are problems at times. Around 10pm I get a text that the delivery would be Thursday between 11:20am and 3:20pm. Great there is a timeframe! Stay home and again no delivery. New text on friday morning at 7am that the delivery with an estimated time between 11;00am and 3;00pm. I didn't stay home, the delivery was made at 12:51 with photo. Well maybe if I had left on Wednesday it would have been there earlier lol. Overrall I'm pleased with this purchase and will look at other items that might have to be delivered

The chair is sturdy and well constructed. Materials of construction also appear good. However, from an ergonomic perspective, there are a couple of quirks. For one, extend the arm "height" over the cup holders and then split it for the compartment door. This would make it even easier to get in and out of the chair. The other suggestion is to put the outlets in the front (rather than rear) of the compartment. As it is now, the easiest way to plug anything in is to be standing in front of the chair. All-in-all, a good chair.

Like every feature except the arm rest, but I'm a small person, Main reason I purchased the chair was I liked the cup holders, however after sitting in the chair for extended time the arm rest were uncomfortable for me, other than that, great chair, all features were great , lots of storage, easy for my brother-in-law to put together, great price, good quality, overall very 😀

This is a chair normal sized people (even big ones) would love. While I do like it, I'm very short and my feet dangle about a foot off the floor and the head rest is over the top of my head. I am satisfied with my purchase, everything works as it should and it is comfortable. I just wish they made chairs for short people.

Great chair for the price. Comfortable. Roomy. Plush. The electronic reclining feature is cool but gets old real quick if you need to get in and out of your chair quickly or really at all. It takes close to a full minute and a half to un-recline from a recliner position.

I have only had these for a month, so whether they last or not is still to be seen. I don't like electric chairs because they take to long to get out of, and I move around a lot. The cord in the back should be a 90 deg. Cord, but it sticks out nicely for a trip line. They are firm and supportive. The outlets are very handy. The arms could use a little more padding. If the motors last in these chairs then I would say they are good buy. I am not confident that they will last though.

Absolutely been awesome - grabbed two of these and they are super comfortable to watch TV and relax in. They are fully powered so get the recline and head rest just perfect and you can charge your phone easily. Delivered quickly and very easy to set up. Definitely Recommend.
