Chuck is usually fatty and tender. Almost all the meat I get from Sam’s is so tough and hard to chew. Even in the slow roasted in the smoker or slow cooker.

I was skeptical on the quality and flavor. Ended up throwing it on the grill. Came out pretty good very tender. Ended up eating it all week as leftovers. I can’t complain. It’s a good price for a good cut of meat.

I was skeptical at how good it will be, but was quickly stunned how great the meat tastes! I totally recommend anyone looking for meat to shop here. I do not know how well it will be stored in the fridge. I usually buy what i make that same day.

Thought I would try something different, since I usually get the roast. A bit disappointed, could be the way I cooked it but not for me. Don't get me wrong it was fresh and pricing okay.

I think you need to include instructions on how to cook all this CHOICE angus beef. I know you have to sell what is purchased for you to cut up and sell. But this meat is absolutely the toughest meat i have ever put in my mouth. Ive had to throw away so much meat ive purchased from sams that you cut up and sell . . . why i could start my own dog food factory. My little dog cant even chew it up. I know the chuck steaks i just bought was one of your chuck roasts cut into 4 slices. It fit back together nicely. I have cooked it in the crock, the airfryer, and a skillet, and the grill. It all comes out the same. Ive also used tenderizer that i bought from sams. Which by the way, has so much salt in it, i dont remember tenderizer having salt in it, its not possible to use much at all, which you shouldnt have to in the first place. Do you have any suggestions on how to make sams meats tender enough to chew?
