These steaks come from 100% Angus beef which are grain-fed then hand-selected and cut. <h3>Braised Chuck Steaks With Savory Tendrils Recipe</h3> Ingredients: <ul> <li>2 pounds of USDA Choice Angus Beef Chuck Steaks, diced</li> <li>2-1/4 cups water</li> <li>1 medium onion, finely chopper</li> <li>2 bay leaves</li> <li>1 cup uncooked lentils, rinsed</li> <li>2 small carrots, diced</li> <li>1/2 teaspoon ground cumin</li> </ul> Instructions: <ol> <li>Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Place beef steaks in skillet; brown evenly. Pour off drippings; season with salt and pepper, as desired.</li> <li>Add water, onion and bay leaves to skillet; bring to a boil. He likes Ribeyes. I needed a thinner cut to serve during the week. He liked it & it also froze & defrosted well for freshly cooked meal & no leftovers. 
I sprinkle with Montreal Seasoning & usually use a grill pan with ridges for best visual results of grill marks on the stovetop. Optionally flat fry pan does the job.

This beef is always so tender. I buy these all the time and have never been disappointed.

This meat was extremely expensive and had an extreme amount of waste. Very disappointing for the money. Medium quality at best.

The meat was tough. I tried everything but it was tough and my family and I was unable to chew it. Money wasted

Top piece was good looking but once you seen the other piece they were brown and appeared to be going bad. Did not smell fresh either
