He likes Ribeyes. I needed a thinner cut to serve during the week. He liked it & it also froze & defrosted well for freshly cooked meal & no leftovers. I sprinkle with Montreal Seasoning & usually use a grill pan with ridges for best visual results of grill marks on the stovetop. Optionally flat fry pan does the job.

Too expensive

This meat was extremely expensive and had an extreme amount of waste. Very disappointing for the money. Medium quality at best.

Top piece was good looking but once you seen the other piece they were brown and appeared to be going bad. Did not smell fresh either
