If seasoned, marinated and tenderized correctly, these are great for flat iron grddle or over fire. A side of eggs and skillet potatoes and its time to eat.

The meat was fresh and very tender. I bought the package than put each steak in a gallon freezer bag after seasoning. Cooked over 21 days each steak was great.

Too tough. I BBQ 2 pieces we had a hard time chewing them. For the rest of the steaks, I had to chop them up into small bite sized pieces and skillet cook them.

NIIICCCCCCEEEEE. Yummy. Who doesn't love Beef.............uuummmm other than Vegans? Moving on. I liked that it was already cut. The pack was about 3.5 lbs. I have vac sealed each one separately and will use them when and how I want. Less waste. WM didn't have any Angus chuck steaks. For comparison. Only roasts. So here we go. At the time I am writing this review Jan 24, 2024 8:10 p.m.; Sams has a 2 pk Angus Beef Chuck Roasts for $5.98 per lb for average $34.09. About 5.7 lbs or 2.85 lbs per roast. Obviously Final cost depends on weight. Still a good price. To be fair: WM has Single pk for $6.97 per pound. Average roast is $15.68 which is a 2.25 lbs roast. Cost still depends on weight. So were talking 0.6 ounces difference per roast. Buy 2 @ $15.68 = $31.36 saved $2.73 and Lost 0.12 ounces. I would say it depends on which store is closest to me at the time.

Great cut and size for a nice-sized steak sandwich from the grill. a quick meal to make
