Tillamook cheese has excellent flavor and melts well--(far better than most other brands I've tried). Have toured the Tillamook Factory in Tillamook, Oregon several times and the care and quality this company puts into making cheese and ice cream is so nice to see AND taste.

Texture & taste is the best I’ve found.

Good for you, doesnt hurt people that are lactose intolerant.

Love tillamook!

I love, love, love this cheese. Tillamook makes the most delicious cheese. It is smooth, and it melts well. It is also a great value.

Just what cheese should be. This colby jack is smooth, melts perfectly and tastes wonderful. The texture and creaminess is perfect.
