Just what cheese should be. This colby jack is smooth, melts perfectly and tastes wonderful.The texture and creaminess is perfect.

We love this cheese. Even though it’s a little more expensive than the other stuff I go out of my way to get Tillamook cheese. All of their flavors are great and some have even won awards.
