I love this cheese. I cut it into 8 pieces, then cold smoke it. The smoked cheese makes a great sliced snack, or on burgers or grilled cheese. It also makes great Holiday gifts to friends!

Tillamook cheese, I love buying this at Sam’s. Once when I was in Oregon I went to Tillamook cheese factory with my kids and we watch to make the cheese. It was a fun little getaway, and free. With three samples at the end it was so long ago I don’t have photos but someone had it right when they’re out in Oregon!

I love anything Tillamook! It’s the best cheese ever. I eat it in cubes. I melt it. I used it in recipes. I absolutely love Tillamook!.

Tried the colby jack flavor but did not like the taste at all. Will go back to purchasing the cheddar flavor one.
