Purchase washer dryer set Jan 2025. My clothes are never completely dry regardless of the setting I try. Plus I wonder who designed the lint filter as lint easily gets behind and under the filter, which in my opinion could be a fire hazard. Every couple of weeks I use my hand vac to clear out lint. I would recommend this dryer. So far no problems with the washer.

I've had similar size dryers, but was unable to get the full use of the capacity and get the dryer to work 100% correctly. Not the case with this dryer, I was able to dry a king comforter in one run without an issue. Great dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was beyond impressed with this washer and dryer set by Samsung. I am a pet and kid owner and do a ton of laundry! The washer will hold anything from small items to massive pet beds, all while sensing how much water is needed to clean these items!! There is no wasting water with this washer! There are so many setting I don't think I will ever use them all, but boy are the great to have! I love when the washer is done, it has an alarm that goes off that almost "sings" to you! The dryer is just as awesome! It boasts tons of space and gives you plenty of options for drying your items, but you can also increase the time! There is also an awesome light inside to help you find that last darn sock that always ends up in the far back of the dryer! The only thing I do not like is the top of the dryer is slanted, making it impossible to hold anything needed for the washer and dryer. Otherwise, I truly like doing laundry now!

Amazing pet hair feature. We literally bought a new washer and drying just to help deal with our huskeys hair. We figured even the price of a new W+D would be made up in lint roller savings in about two years, lol. We'll, the verdicts in and this set is amazing if you have pets that shed. The pet load takes about twice as long as a quick load but it removes about 85-95% of the hair. Most of the hair is just on particularly "sticky" fabrics. The hair catching bars in the washer are always full after a load and the drying catches the rest. Even his ped comes out hair free and that's grand zero. Look no further if you have pets. Only regret is not seeing We had a gas hookup before buying the electric washer. Natural gas is better for the environment and decreases your dry time and utility bill.

I wish it would just default to the exact settings I used last time. I use the same settings every time I dry clothes and it’s annoying having to go through and set every setting every single time. Defaulting to the previous use seems like it would be the logical way to set up a dryer (washer too for that matter). But no, they have it set to go back to the settings as if it was the first time you turned it on every single time. And I’m not sure I could have designed a worse lint trap if I tried. The hinged flap in the middle makes it super hard to clear the lint out. It works well enough if you can get past the lack of intuitive design though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely big dryer. Easy to add to Smart Things App. Quiet operation. Very easy to use as it has many preset dry settings to choose from. Clothes come out completely dry and unwrinkled. I get alert on phone when cycle is complete. Need instruction on how to reverse dryer door as it is on the opposite side of washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is a great and efficient upgrade. It definitely makes me feel like I’m using a lot less energy because it’s just more efficient overall. My most-used setting on this dryer is just the normal dry mode because it dries my clothes very effectively but also does so efficiently. I used to have issues with my old dryer leaving clothes basically still soaking wet after a whole cycle so this was a big (and great) change for me. I feel like it does a noticeably better job at catching lint and pet hair compared to my old one, and as a pet owner, this feature has saved me a lot of lint-rolling time. I use the app a lot less for the dryer vs the washer, but it’s still very helpful to have a notification when the clothes are dry.

I bought this product about 10 days ago, clothes are basically wet coming out the washer and the dryer is not HOT enough to dry the clothes, had run 3 cycles for nyvtowels to get dry. The two start is inly for presentation as they looks beautiful! Will call the store to find my return options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the new Samsung washer and dryer set for a few weeks and I can confidently say, this is by far, the best washer and dryer we have ever owned. We still have a lot to learn since they are capable of so much more than one could ever dream of. I love the size of the dryer, I can dry one load that used to take me three loads. There is 12 pre-set drying cycles, but download the SmartThings app and you can send additional cycles directly to your machine. I love how quiet this dryer is. If the app didn’t notify me that the drying cycle had finished I wouldn’t be able to tell by listening. Having two dogs, I absolutely love the pet care cycle! Any possible pet odor becomes non-existent. I love that the dryer has Sensor Dry capability, which helps cut back on over drying and helps save energy, too. I highly recommend this dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What an upgrade from my last set. Samsung has set the bar high when it comes this this washer! With so many controls and options on the washer you can wash just about anything and there is a setting for it. I love being able to wash my pet beds with ease in this washer, knowing it will come out as fresh as the day it was purchased. The washer can sense how much items are in the washer and fill it up accordingly with water, leaving no waste. The only set back for me is I am short, 5'3, to be exact, and even on my tippy toes, I cannot reach the bottom of the washer! On the plus side, it can fit ALOT!!!. I can now sit back and relax knowing my laundry will finally be clean with such ease!
