Great features, size, color.

Great Features!

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dryer! It makes drying clothes an easy task. I love that I can use the Timer feature to dry things like my large comforter or jeans that are just damp enough for the sensors to think are dry. It can fit large loads. The lint trap is designed to stay out of the way but it easy to access.

Great price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great price for dryer and the navy color is very nice. Large capacity to hold large loads. There are times I have to run dryer twice when drying blankets still trying to figure out if which setting to use so I only have to dry blankets once. :) Other than that it works great.

My favorite dryer

My other washer and dryer was also Samsung, 0 issues with those also they're 8 years old but due to moving I had to sale them, how ever this lead me to buy the pet care washer and dryer wow totally amazing super happy with this purchase!!!

Dryer Facts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Large capacity, can handle large blankets. Really like the fact that to water for steam drying is hooked up to the water supply. No need to fill reservoir anymore. Just getting to know how it will perform over time.Pet care setting did make dog blanket smell fresh. Not sure how that works exactly right now.

Wear white gloves, or else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pleased with dryer performance, but aesthetics could be improved. Top of dryer is sloped towards the front, things want to slide off and scratch the surface. The top of both the washer and dryer have a finish that shows fingerprints, oils, light dirt etc. If you walk past these…you've put fingerprints on them. Switching loads from washer to dryer now includes a wipe down of both machines. Oversight by Samsung, and an annoyance.

Faulty dryer customer support refuses to replace

Bought this dryer in August 2025. Have had repairs for the same error (HC) twice most recently on January 9th, 2026. Yesterday (January 22nd) the same error has occurred and the dryer does not have any heat. I have already been inconvenienced twice by customer service to get the same repair done twice and now its expected I have to go through this process a third time for a dryer that is less than 6 months old. This product is pathetic and the customer service is no better. I have been battling with customer support to simply replace the unit as breaking multiple times in less than 6 months of purchase so signify replacement status. As a very loyal Samsung user it is beyond unacceptable to be put through the same repairs with no fix in sight. I just wish customer support would understand that this unit is simply faulty and needs to be fully replaced. It is sad how poor the customer service has gotten.

DO NOT BUY THIS DRYER!!!!

THIS DRYER SUCKS!!!! Two broken belts in less than 9 months. The belt is clearly not thick enough or strong enough for regular at home use. I was drying 5 towels....5. I do laundry for me and my fiancée....2 people, nothing crazy. Oh and the warranty works as long as you're willing to wait a week every time. Even if you schedule online for 2 days later. You get a text that says the next available appointment is the following week. Like a week without a dryer while your clothes are already clean and wet. Awesome. Nothing like going to a laundromat while you have a "brand new" dryer at home. Don't waste your money on this or any appliances from Samsung. They should probably stick to phones.
