I've had similar size dryers, but was unable to get the full use of the capacity and get the dryer to work 100% correctly. Not the case with this dryer, I was able to dry a king comforter in one run without an issue. Great dryer!

The Steam Sanitize+ feature is a blessing. My clothes not only come out smelling fresh but also wrinkle-free. It's like having a personal steamer. Plus, with flu season and all, knowing that my clothes get sanitized is an added peace of mind. The look is great. Super sleek and looks great in our downstairs laundry room which is the same as our bathroom. Everyone had to see the clunkers we used to have in there, but now they are not an eye sore. Lastly, the Sensor Dry is an unsung hero. It's smart enough to know when your clothes are perfectly dry, saving them from getting overcooked. All in all, I'm super pleased. It's efficient, smart, and takes care of all my drying needs. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that I can use an app to help with laundry. Samsung has made that easy and navigating the app has been a breeze. This dryer comes with so many different settings including a fluff setting which I will have to try on my comforter. The opening is not as large as I had thought it would be, but it can certainly fit a large load and dry everything perfectly. This dryer also comes with a quick dry setting if you are looking to get rid of some wrinkles and not have to iron. The door was a little hard for me to close, I had to forcefully close it, but overall this is a fantastic dryer. It's not loud, has many different settings including delicate settings, I can fit my king size comforter in it, and the kids can even use it easily. One of the differences I've noticed between this dryer and others, is that the lint trap is inside the machine. The dryer comes with what's called a damp alert which allows you to get an alert when clothing is approximately 80% dry in case there is an item of clothing that you do not want to be fully dry. It's also the setting that is used for quick dry material.

The product was great for about 2 years,. Then it just stopped in mid spin cycle. Wouldn’t drain. Had to call a repair man, I used my house warranty program for my utilities that I pay monthly. As this was out of warranty. Got it repaired. Now it’s been about 3 years, and I ever noticed that it towels were starting to get holes and tears in them didn’t think anything of it. Two days ago, I washed delicate, with 3 garments. I took them out, and started to hang them, noticed that I had two tears on my dress that weren’t there before We checked all the towels, a lot have holes, and tears, we’ve summed it up to the washer. Even though it has no agitator, when it drains the water, it appears to be sucking in clothes, and tearing, shedding abs making holes in our clothing and towels. Has anyone else had this problem? I’m not sure what to do. ? If I can do anything? The washer was not inexpensive and I cannot another. . Maybe be got a lemon?

The washer line leaks and they said they can’t do anything about it. One day after our 2 week window…. Absolutely ridiculous consumer service. No help whatsoever. So I have to turn the hot water on and off and even if I wash the clothes in cold water it throws a code and I have to deal with that for about 30 minutes and try again. Also the dryer will be on regular dry mode and I’ll every time have to go back and turn The machine on time dry so it will actually finish drying because it thinks they are dry on regular mode. Then my clothes are sitting there damp and disgusting. Worst machines I’ve ever used. Also. Can’t save the settings so I change the hot water (I don’t like using hot water) every time I use it.

This dryer is the perfect pairing to the washer. My clothes, blankets and towels have never felt cleaner or smell better. The Samsung SmartThings app makes it even better! The ability to control from my phone and get updates makes laundry day more enjoyable. The pet care option and bedding are my favorite settings so far! The pet odor is non existent and everything feels so fluffy and clean! The noise reduction is insane! I can barely tell it is drying, good thing I get notifications on my phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought as a replacement from our old set that barely dried clothes, this dryer is “prime time.” Works great with pet bedding too! As with all other Samsung products, there are plenty of features to select from and the overall quality is great! We have used all the cycles, but tend to use Normal, Refresh and Pet Care Dry (gotta take care of the pup) the most. The cycles are all fairly quiet and clothing comes out dry. The Refresh cycle is nice just to get some quick wrinkles out or spruce up a pair of jeans ( you shouldn't wash these every wear BTW). Drying times are relative to the cycle. I haven't had the chance to use any app just yet but that is next on my list of things to try. Again, you can't go wrong with Samsung products and this is another one that didn't disappoint.

Amazing pet hair feature. We literally bought a new washer and drying just to help deal with our huskeys hair. We figured even the price of a new W+D would be made up in lint roller savings in about two years, lol. We'll, the verdicts in and this set is amazing if you have pets that shed. The pet load takes about twice as long as a quick load but it removes about 85-95% of the hair. Most of the hair is just on particularly "sticky" fabrics. The hair catching bars in the washer are always full after a load and the drying catches the rest. Even his ped comes out hair free and that's grand zero. Look no further if you have pets. Only regret is not seeing We had a gas hookup before buying the electric washer. Natural gas is better for the environment and decreases your dry time and utility bill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It must be the ease of using the washer and dryer that I feel like I must wash 2-3 loads every other day. I do need to learn about all of the settings but so far so good. The dryer is fast, quiet, and easy to use. I really enjoy the lint compartment and how easy it is to remove it with the clasps. I love the Wi-Fi capabilities and how we can set the setting we want from my phone and how it notifies me when my load is complete. I did have to change the door direction and it was a piece of cake with the right tools. The only thing I haven’t looked into and dislike is how long the song is once complete. I am sure we can change that somehow.
