Purchased Power Washer did not work right out of the box, no pressure. Would have rated 5 stars if I could have just returned and got a new one but had to go through support and diagnose the issue which took multiple weeks via email. Determined a new pump was needed which was correct. Works great now besides the hassle of it not working out of the box.

I have not used the unit for pressure washing yet. While pitting it together I had to make my own way to mount the hose and nozzle support on the handle. When I started it the first time the rope recoil did not work and I had to take the loosen the recoil unit to get the rope to retract. I sure hope i dont have any more problem when i start using it.

I have only used my pressure washer once recently my only area of opportunity I see is this thing seem to use a lot of gas and it takes a lot to fill the tank.I wish it was more gas efficient thats my observation thus far. If not this pressure washer would have gotten a 5 star.

I bought this item in March waiting for the warm weather. So far I have used this item for about 10 hours and it works perfectly. I have more things to clean later this summer. Also used it to clean our vehicles from all the dirt out back. Cleans the dirt right off.

I've only had this for a few days, but I have about 3 hours on it already. Easy to assemble, started on second pull and it seems to work great. 3400 PSI does a fantastic job on my brick paver sidewalk. I already own a Westinghouse generator and it's work perfectly for me. I expect the same with this pressure washer.

Impressive instructions for assembly, startup and shutdown. All are very easy to follow. Overall, the pressure washer worked great on its first run of about 4 hours. The concrete driveway looks like it first did when we moved in. Post use however, the soap tank appears to have a slow leak on the bottom and one of the plastic oil dip sticks appears to have snapped off inside the unit. I noticed this after rechecking the oil level on second startup. They were both present before first use. I will be calling support to see what can be done.

This is my first pressure washer. It was very easy to set up and I found the quickguide explained it sufficiently, however there are dozens of on line videos givining you step by step instructions if you need some more guidance. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because I recently purchased this product and havent really gotten to use it much. I will update this review in the future.

We had an initial problem when unpacking the pressure washer…the plastic gun was cracked, but the manufacturer sent us a replacement of the broken part. I have used the washer twice, and it's very powerful and easy to use. The instructions for assembly were clear.

I primarily purchased it to power wash our patio brick pavers and it did a good job blasting out the old sand and moss as well as cleaning the surface. That's normally a $1200 job so it has more than paid for itself already. Also cleaned my cement sidewalk and made it look like new. On the negative side, the pull cord handle slipped out of my wet hand and the recoil shattered the cheap plastic handle. The 25' hose is pretty stiff and easily tangles. Had also bought a foam cannon to use with the pressure washer but found 3400 PSI is really too much for washing a car, especially my truck that's infamous for cabin leaks. Overall, am happy with this purchase.
