I bought this a couple of weeks ago and used it today. Operation is fairly straightforward. Shortly after starting the pressure washer the hose from soap container to pump came off and contacted the exhaust and melted the end. A bungy strap or some other device to secure the hose onto holder would be helpful. Overall, the washer is easy to start. I like how the nozzles are labeled on the machine.

The first time I started it, it started right up but the next few times, it took a little more effort. The pressure washer is extremely well built and heavy duty. Overall, I'm very happy with this pressure washer.

Replaced my Craftsman pressure washer with this one. The wheels are plastic and not rubber. The hose connectors are awkwardly placed making them difficult to attach or use quick connectors. The top plate hook that holds the attachments attaches with plastic rivets the broke when trying to install. Had to drill wholes and use bolts.

I researched customer reviews and AI comparison ratings. Westinghouse always came up at the top for quality and durability. One detail revealed that the pump installed lasts 2 - 3 times the duration of other brands. As soon as I opened the box, the packaging stood out. Every part was bagged separately and clearly marked. Assembly and instructions were straight forward. The quality and design of this pressure washer was well above other manufacturers. We've only used it one time, but the unit performed flawlessly. It started on the second pull every time. The spray nozzles, soap tank and hose attach points are easily accessible. The spray gun holder was well designed very convenient. We weren't aware Westinghouse produced power washers, but after doing a bit of research, we're very pleased with this purchase. We will definitely look for the Westinghouse brand for any future power equipment purchases.

I bought this last week and I'm pleased with how easily it starts. It works really well with my 16" driveway attachment. The engine does seem to be overloaded when I use the 25 degree tip(the only one I've used so far). The one complaint I have is the engine seems to " flood out" for no reason. Oil level is good and I'm using fresh ethenol free gas. I suspect it has something to do with the vapor recovery system on the fuel tank but I'm not sure. Still investigating.

So far only assembled the unit ( very easy ) and ran shortly to test, but well pleased with power, portability and quality of the WPX3400 pressure washer. I chose this washer over others due to the reviews of other owners and other product review surveys. Looking to many years of service.

It came with everything you needed to start washing right away, including engine oil. It's so easy to operate and the controls are designed with the operator in mind.

My old power washer died, and I decided to look for an upgrade in quality and power. Consumer Reports rated the Westinghouse power washer very highly. I purchased the W3400 and it was an excellent choice. It has great power, started easily, and the instructions are very good. It was the perfect choice.

Bought this 5 weeks ago and have used it at least 22 hours with excellent results and no problems. Easy to assemble. Starts predictably. More than adequate power for home use on driveways, sidewalks, etc. Couldn't be happier. Much more effective than my previous electric pressure washer from a different manufacturer

Just finished assembling the pressure Washer. I am very impressed with the packing of items in the cardboard box. Everything was labeled on the plastic bags. I am going to install a "Hardline" hour meter, as I do for all small engine equipment that I own. I will add another review after I reach 20 hours of use. This pressure sure seems better quality than the Ryobi I previously owned. Thank you.
