If you add the Allstate 4 year warranty, be careful.... Allstate counts the manufactures warranty (1 year) as part of the 4 years... Kind of shady on their part. I ended up canceling the warranty.

Put it together easily. Tested it for about an hour on a sidewalk area. Runs well.

I'm so happy that I decided to purchase this pressure washer. I love the fact that it has different Nozzles for different uses. I have used it on the back siding of the house, and it made it look brand new. I would definitely recommend this pressure washer to anyone who is looking to purchase one.

This unit is powerful and versatile. This is a great all around cleaning tool for my house projects. So far, I have used it to clean my driveway, gutters, siding and SUV. The quick change nozzles are great, and I purchased an additional u-shaped wand accessory for use on the gutters.

I researched customer reviews and AI comparison ratings. Westinghouse always came up at the top for quality and durability. One detail revealed that the pump installed lasts 2 - 3 times the duration of other brands. As soon as I opened the box, the packaging stood out. Every part was bagged separately and clearly marked. Assembly and instructions were straight forward. The quality and design of this pressure washer was well above other manufacturers. We've only used it one time, but the unit performed flawlessly. It started on the second pull every time. The spray nozzles, soap tank and hose attach points are easily accessible. The spray gun holder was well designed very convenient. We weren't aware Westinghouse produced power washers, but after doing a bit of research, we're very pleased with this purchase. We will definitely look for the Westinghouse brand for any future power equipment purchases.

I primarily purchased it to power wash our patio brick pavers and it did a good job blasting out the old sand and moss as well as cleaning the surface. That's normally a $1200 job so it has more than paid for itself already. Also cleaned my cement sidewalk and made it look like new. On the negative side, the pull cord handle slipped out of my wet hand and the recoil shattered the cheap plastic handle. The 25' hose is pretty stiff and easily tangles. Had also bought a foam cannon to use with the pressure washer but found 3400 PSI is really too much for washing a car, especially my truck that's infamous for cabin leaks. Overall, am happy with this purchase.

Great powerful pressure washer but the gun assembly attached to the extended steel wand leaks excessively around the plastic collar; I contacted the manufacturer Westinghouse about the issue to receive a replacement part; I have been waiting 9 days thus far to get a decision and still counting;

This product works completely as advertised. My only nitpick is that there is enough vibration from the motor that the unit will walk in circles while running. This isn't a big deal except for it coils the high pressure line and supply hose around the unit until it prevents it from rotating anymore. All In all, it is a powerful unit and a great value for the price. It had no problem blasting the grime off my large concrete driveway.

The operating instructions are confusing. Reviewing the starting sequence the pictures show first moving the gas flow lever to “on or flow” and then underneath that the picture on setting the choke. Pretty simple, right? Unfortunately on the engine itself the choke lever is on top of the gas flow lever—NOT as pictured in the manual. After trying about ten times to start the engine (to no availe) and breaking the yellow pull cord handle, I finally figured out their correct locations and it started right up.

I have not started it yet , but while assembling the pressure washer ,I found a bolt holding the pump assembly not all the way tightened . The bolt was cross threaded and would not go in any further so I backed it out and put a washer on it to take up the gap .
