overall nice unit. Plenty of power. easy assembly, however the stand was missing and westinghouse did sent me a replacement. fired up 3 times so and all 3 times it needed six pulls to start. once running no problem. followed manual instructions carefully too . dont know why. thus the 4 stars

Neighbor has one and worked great, so I bought one. Not yet used the new one. Very easy to assemble. I have read reviews about using zip tie and connector to keep the hoses from getting chafed/melted, so will do that before first use. As for assembly, I appreciate they included a small funnel for adding the motor oil. Def need to go slow when adding to not overfill.

I think the pressure hose and water supply hose ports are too close to the handle frame and makes kicking the hose a problem. Changing the oil is also tough to accomplish without a mess due to plastic "tire" design and oil fill locations. Otherwise this is a great pressure washer.

Due on Jan 4th but came late on the 12th Arrived damaged, after it was lost in Olive Branch, MS for 5 days. FedEx could not locate and and showed it had shipped from Olive Branch, MS several times, but had no clue. Damage was due to final assembly and packaging. Air filter seal was crushed due to improper assembly and will nave to be replaced. Soap pick-up house was crushed to the point it was cracked ans need to be replaced due to improper positioning is packaging. Took nearly an hour to start the first time, as fuels was not getting to the carburetor. Choke is not labeled so one would have a clue if open or closed. Very disappointed with pressure hose as it seems to be some kind of inflexible hard HDPE plastic tube, like Pex tube. Makes it very difficult to manage, roll up or uncoil. Had to figure out and buy allen wrench for assembly of handle brackets. Why go premium until final components and assembly?

I purchased this unit a month ago and have been happy with it ever since. Easy to assemble and easy to use. Works well for a variety of tasks, such as cleaning the concrete porch, washing the vinyl siding, and washing the car. The wife has found several tasks for me beyond the normal uses of this item. So many items to pressure wash now.

I've been pressure washing for decades. The WPX3400 pressure washer is the best unit I've owned and used. While pressure washers are basically the same design, the Westinghouse WPX3400 is an outstanding machine, performs great and is more than enough power for my needs. I'd recommend this unit every time!

We were able to tackle our siding, driveway, fence, and sidewalks all in a reasonable amount of time, and the results looked great. It's easy to use, efficient, and gets the job done without hassle. I bought the WPX3400 pressure washer about a month ago because it was voted the best “overall” pressure washer for residential. It works great and it is very powerful. I was impressed by how it lifted up and washed away dark wood stain from my cement. The only draw back for me is where the hose attachment is. It connects right next to the carburetor that gets very hot and the hose had been touching it while in use and it burned the hose that I wouldn't think is part of any warranty. Now we have a hose zip tied to the handle to prevent it from happening again-

I have only used it once so far. It was easy to assemble and setup. It was easy to start and use, while it worked very well. After that first use, I have big expectations of further use, as I have many plans for pressuring washing areas that have been in need for some time.

Just purchased, so haven't used it yet. But I made the WPX3400 purchase after a lot of research and reading reviews. I am confident with Westinghouse brand, I have a keeper. If possible I will update the review and star rating at the end of the summer.
