I purchased my pressure washer 05/07/2026. Upon opening my package I heard a noise like broken glass or something. Once I got the unit out I realized it was the little beads from the moisture bag. I had to vaccum out the nooks and crannies of the unit and my garage floor. There is gas residue on the tank, might be from the testing phase. Some of the plastic was scratched. The front sticker is peeling off and it's dirty, making me wonder if I was sent a refurbished washer by mistake. I'm debating on trying it out or not.

I have not yet used my new pressure washer but there are still good things to say. The small amount of assembly necessary was clear and easy to accomplish. Water line attachments were easy to get to. Moving the unit is extremely easy even though it weighs 66 lb. So far I am totally pleased with this purchase.

I have used the unit once for about an hour. The unit started with second pull of the rope. If it continues to start that easily, I will be happy with it. Be careful when filling it with oil for the first time. It comes with a 20.3 ounce bottle. It may not take the whole bottle.

I bought this unit to replace a Karcher unit which failed and repair cost far exceeded the cost of this unit. Unpacked it, attached all parts, filed with oil and gas, connected to water and used it to clean my sidewalk. Great pressure which I could feel when turning spray on and off. Liked the way the unit can store not only the wand but more importantly, the connected hose. The cart is well balanced. I'm pleased with this purchase.

I used this unit once, and it performed as expected. No issues. I also purchased the Westinghouse metal surface cleaner and have not used it yet. It looks very solid and I am looking forward to using it! Only minor nit, the hose could be a little better. That said, I have yet to find a great pressure washer hose. Thanks for the great products

I purchased this a couple days ago and used it today for the first time. I used it in conjunction with the disk attachment and it worked beautifully. Very easy to setup and use. The first time I started it, it started right up but the next few times, it took a little more effort. The pressure washer is extremely well built and heavy duty. Overall, I'm very happy with this pressure washer.

Unboxed and put together the pressure washer. Made sure to ensure oil was at the proper level and checked all connections. First use, pressure washer worked great, until I noticed oil pooling on my deck. Turned the unit off, let the unit sit, and again checked the dip stick, still at the proper levels. Checked the dip stick gasket and the fill gasket, both looked good. I will be filling out a warranty submission now, and will update depending on the service received.

We received this power washer as a housewarming gift, and we are so grateful for it. The power it delivers is impressive—it cleaned everything far better than we expected. We were able to tackle our siding, driveway, fence, and sidewalks all in a reasonable amount of time, and the results looked great. It's easy to use, efficient, and gets the job done without hassle. This has quickly become one of the most useful tools we own. Highly recommend!

Just got this pressure washer. I have only used it so far to clean my walkway with a surface cleaner. It did a good job and I am satisfied. I would have given it maybe 4.3 stars if I could. The engine could be easier to crank and it does vibrate more than I like. Also I would have preferred pneumatic tires with ball bearings rather than the loose fitting plastic wheels. But it does have plenty of power to do the job. I am also impressed with Westinghouse's packaging and instructions. I have a Westinghouse generator and was impressed with those aspects with it also.

It was easy to assemble and prep to use. The engine is smooth and the machine stays where I set it (unlike the other brand I returned). The pump is strong, and the connection locations are intelligent and useful (unlike the other brand I returned). I like the detergent soap tank. No complaints or concerns.
